This is from the HRC itself:
"I do not support gay marriage. Marriage has religious and social connotations, and I consider marriage to be between a man and a woman." (From the Human Rights Campaign's 2008 Presidential questionnaire) - Barack Hussein Obama
It was clear from Obama's previous behavior that he is prejudiced against gays.....
During his Senate run in Illinois in 2004, Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama is said to have declined to have his picture taken with San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom, who was in the center of a national turmoil over his decision to allow same-sex marriage in the city.
The San Francisco Chronicle reported Tuesday that the snub took place at a fund-raiser hosted by former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown.
"I gave a fund-raiser at (Obama's) request at the Waterfront restaurant," Brown told the Chronicle. "And he said to me, he would really appreciate it if he didn't get his photo taken with my mayor. He said he would really not like to have his picture taken with Gavin."
While the Obama campaign has denied the rumors, Newsom's staff has corroborated the event.

Then we have Obama's hate tour through the American south early in his campaign featuring:
Reverend Donnie McClurkin who said he's "in a war with homosexuality",
and anti semetic Hezekiah Walker, the Pentecostal pastor of Brooklyn mega-church the Love Fellowship Tabernacle,
and Mary Mary (a sister act duo) who have compared gays to murderers and prostitutes.
The HRC endorsement of Obama:
"HRC is proud to throw our full support behind Senator Obama’s presidential campaign," said HRC President Joe Solmonese. "Senator Obama has consistently shown that he understands, as we do, that, GLBT rights are civil rights, and human rights. Senator Obama has said that embracing ‘our gay brothers and sisters’ is true to Martin Luther King’s vision; I know that Senator Obama’s vision is one of equality, fairness, and justice for all of us," he said.
Either Joe Solmonese is the most gullible person on the planet or he is in bed with the Democratic leadership.
Maybe it's time for someone with more vision and courage to head the HRC?
This is exactly what the black community did to Hillary Clinton.
90% voted for an unknown and inexperienced candidate during the primary simply because he had the same color skin. When this got pointed out they smeared Hillary and Bill as racists.
Now 70% of black voters chose to discriminate against gays in California and when this gets pointed out we are racists who didn't "organize and reach out" enough to them.
After twice blocking equal rights for gays in California this on Sunday:
Republican Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, an opponent of Prop. 8, expressed support for the court challenge on CNN's "Late Edition" Sunday, calling the measure's passage "unfortunate."
"But it is not the end because I think this will go back into the courts," the governor said. "It's the same as in the 1948 (California) case when blacks and whites were not allowed to marry. This falls into the same category."
and their refusal to hold Bush accountable for invading Iraq and spying on American citizens via wiretaps, I'd say the Democrats look alot more like Republicans.
Los Angeles (E! Online) – Mickey Rourke's foul mouth has gotten him in trouble again.
The actor spewed an antigay slur last night when a paparazzo asked him about gossip reports linking him to Evan Rachel Wood.
"She's a good friend, that's it," Rourke said, while walking into L.A.'s Hyde nightclub. "Tell that f----t who wrote all that shit in the paper I'd like to break his f--king legs."
"I do not support gay marriage. Marriage has religious and social connotations, and I consider marriage to be between a man and a woman." (From the Human Rights Campaign's 2008 Presidential questionnaire) - Barack Hussein Obama
Michelle Obama wasn’t always an admirer of Hillary Clinton, but last Wednesday the soon-to-be first lady dialed up the former first lady for pointers on protecting her two young daughters from the media maelstrom of the White House.
“Michelle may not have loved the senator, but she always respected how the Clintons raised Chelsea,” said a person familiar with Clinton’s end of the call. “They need to talk. There just aren’t too many people who have shared that kind of experience.”
Obama responded by lavishing praise on the pair – after months of questioning the legacy of the Clinton White House. More importantly, he embraced much of Hillary Rodham Clinton’s domestic agenda, especially her health care and green jobs proposals.
Yet a half-dozen Clinton insiders told Politico they are disappointed that Obama’s vaunted fundraising operation hasn’t reciprocated by planning new events or an Internet campaign to help Clinton pay off the $7.9 million she owes to vendors. (Clinton has already written off the $13 million she loaned the campaign during the primaries, aides say).
“I don’t think there’s a whole lot of hard feelings, it’s more like mild annoyance,” said a former Clinton aide on condition of anonymity. “There’s just not a lot of expectation they are going to lift a finger for us.”
“In a few months, when he’s really struggling, he’ll come to her for support,” he said. “That’s when she should ask him for money.”
Thats Obama.....smear your opponents then steal their ideas.
is more accurate.
including $700 billion in corporate welfare, I don't see any congressperson brave enough to stand up to any president.
unlike democrats who couldn't wait to attack Bill Clinton, republicans rarely attack their own in public.
They have much more party unity than the democrats ever will.
a strategy.
