BUT, it will certainly help fill the tax coffers of states, towns and counties. It will stop prison overcrowding and ease the restraints on that budget, and if those who write the laws are on the ball, they also provide extra money for drug counseling and drug courts-things which ARE proven to work.

Hemp also needs to be legalized but we'll see if Dow chemical, Monsanto, ADM, and the other bio giants would even allow that to be considered.

Fox News could give a rat's ass about the rule of law and telling the truth. They've proven that during the during the Bush years.

They want numbers. Ratings, baby. Ratings bring in the advertising revenue. They give O'Reilly free reign and will do so until someone gets hurt or killed. One day one of these producers will be hunting down some Texan or another Floridian who has a concealed weapon permit and someone will get hurt.

Only then will they change tactics, but they will still be intrusive as long as it gets ratings and ad revenue. Go after the sponsors, tell them you're not going to tolerate their support of such hate. They'll back down and either pressure Fox to change it's tune or they'll do the honorable thing like UPS and drop their sponsorship.

These rat bastards were happy to let Bushco violate the Constitution every way but loose. Get an African American in office and watch them arm themselves to defend the country from their worst nightmare. It is all about race folks.
