Turn them off, tune them out and they die

This is just what the blowhard wants: publicity. His advertising revenues go up and he keeps collecting his fat paychecks.

Stop giving him a position of importance. He'll go on to more outrageous antics and eventually start turning off his core listeners as he tries to get attention. He shows up as the keynote speaker of the CRAP convention looking like Tony Soprano on a bender. He's a phony, just like the other media blowhards.

The only way to get rid of him is to shrink his advertising revenues. Send him back to local AM radio in Alaska or better yet, the Dominican Republic- a place he seems to enjoy well enough.

America LOVES earmarks

Both sides of the fence LOVE LOVE LOVE earmarks. Dems and Repugs love em, the folks back at home getting that good government pork LOVE em too.

Earmarks are the creamy filling everyone loves. They'll never go away and they'll always leave you wanting more.

Repugs being themselves

This is the same group of people who helped lead this country into the state it's in now. They gave Bush everything, left the barn door open while their rich friends took everything they could. I don't care whose underbelly gets exposed, I want to know who broke the law and who needs to go to jail.

Freak Fest

More ammo for the kooks and freaks and other 'conservative christians'.

Get your Own House In Order First

I hear these christian preachers spouting out doom and gloom and endtimes a comin'.

Shouldn't these good conservative christians be getting their own souls in shape for Jesus instead of worrying about someone who worked for the ACLU and an attorney whose client was vindicated by Terry Schaivo's autopsy?

It's amazing, they would prefer confirmation of some corrupt corporate hack who believes in torture, circumventing the Constitution and the rule of law over a "liberal sinner".

Cash Flow

He still has the wheels in place to raise money, still has connections. Even if the public doesn't elect him, he will have his contacts and whatever's left in his campaign warchest to play with. He's probably just trying to hedge that up since his annuities and 401k are probably toast, thanks to guys like him and his connections.......

Unconstitutional

Blocking Filibusters is an unconstitutional act. Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid obviously never had the BALLS the GOP has. They never ONCE filibustered against the Bushes when they should have sooooo soooo many times. They can't just become poor Bush imitating sports and say "oh no you don't!" because it will lead to royal displeasure. I'm not fond of the GOP any more than I am of Nancy Pelosi, but filibuster is there for a reason and if they need to duke it out, so be it.

Throw the bums out and get Dennis Kucinich in there as Speaker! He's the only one I really trust to do the right thing for Americans.

All About Ratings

It's all about ratings for Zucker. With this so called feud, CNBC's ratings are up and so are their advertising revenues. Zucker probably gets a nice fat bonus based on this so it's all BS and more hype and deflection. Keeping all this bantering crap out there keeps up the ratings. It's all BS as usual.

Business media is partly to blame for this debacle. They were in bed with the Bushes and Wall Street. They then rolled out of that bed looking like bimbos and are now trying to take the moral high road to save what's left of their credibility....Too late.

The Pope Wears Red Boots

He waltzes through Israel in his white dress and his red Gucci boots telling the rest of the world how to live. His Church has been wrong about so many basic things: the Earth is round, we revolve around the sun, Jews and everyone else needs to be converted, you can buy an indulgence and the Pope can guarantee your trip to Heaven...... JP2 absolved Galileo after 400 years and he finally got to go through the pearly gates.

Sounds more like sci fi than anything else.

Who's to say he's not wrong about some of his spew now???????

Newty's Dreams

Maybe Congress should have let the rich crash and burn. Then there would be plenty of calls from desperate upper middle class enclaves for the Feds to do something before the very rich who still have cash buy them all up or worse, ransacking by the newly poor.

We'd surely have high double digit inflation and rioting in the streets. Eventually the rabble with guns would be joined by unpaid or unemployed police, prison guards, and military contractors. It could literally be a bloodbath. The Feds would have no choice but to nationalize everything, just to keep whatever remained operational.

Nero Newty would be safe and cozy behind an army of private guards, enjoying a hot tub and young women while the world he helped create burned around him. Cheney would finally become Fuhrer.

Original article: George W. Bush, author

Reward for War Profits?

Hopefully he'll need it for legal funds in the future. The publisher must be a friend who sees Bush as a charity case, or more likely made a killing off the war and is rewarding his Whore.

This asshole can't write a letter with crayons, let alone pen a book. Hopefully he'll draw crowds of angry unemployeed who will disrupt all his book signings.

Where's that Truth Commission Senator?

The "Other Funds"

Since Citi is the world's largest launderer of drug money, they are probably using the fees charged in those transactions to pay for their cushy offices. Bulletproof glass????? What holocaust are they preparing for??????

Then Don't Go

If they can't keep from getting their bloomers in a bunch and are ready to throw their red pope shoes at him, then just don't go. There are other universities that would like Obama as a speaker.

He should also investigate these mega churches for violations and take away their tax exempt status as it applies. Give the pedophile hiders and hypocrite christians something to really cry about.

There was no pretense that human rights is our goal, or the likely outcome, in escalating the war
