@astroboy

If George Whore Bush doesn't want to give up the ultimate private plane, Airforce One, the legions of security, the big armour plated limo and the motorcades, paid for by our tax dollars, all he has to do is create a catastrophe and declare himself dictator. It's in the Patriot Act that Congress rushed through without debate or disection and not some bad dream.

He'll have to decide because once he becomes a mere former president, he has to start begging his rich friends for rides on their jets, may even be reduced to flying, gulp, First Class on a commercial flight. He may be forced to actually spend money on transportation or security if he can't get rich friends to foot the bill. Dime Bag Laura may have to shop at Loehman's if her Oscar De La Renta freebies dry up. Of course they'll have their speaker fees to keep them warm but why not just create a crisis and keep ruling with the do nothing Congress?

More Media Hype

All this bruhaha over 7 measley electoral votes. Iowa is a media circus constructed by and for the media/PR firms. It's the first showcase of the candidate's mettle. It's the trotting out of the horses so we can see who can win the dog and pony show.

The only good thing about this circus is the monetary shot in the arm the local restaurants and hotels get from the rich media and PR types. PR folks get paid whether the candidate wins or loses, and you know they'aren't making minimum wage!

I am disappointed but not suprised that Kucinich didn't get anything and has been so blatantly shut out by the media.

Spin a Little, Spit a little

Andrea Mitchell's husband, Alan Greenspan, was given a free hand by B.Clinton at the Federal Reserve and he talks favorably of Bill's economic policies, so that can't be it. NBC/GE makes a killing (literally) off the war (and we know Hillary will be busines as usual for the war) so that can't be it. Maybe Andrea Mitchell just doesn't like Hillary. Maybe NBC/GE doesn't like the fact that Hill'y and Rupert Murdoch have been cozying up to each other.

Who the hell knows? Who cares? Brittany is in the hospital with another apparent breakdown!

We may have mudslides in California if the storm coming our way is as big as predicted. One Malibu house slides down a hill and Iowa and Hillary's numbers will drop off the media radar, except on the Sunday morning kiss ass press shows. I'm sure Pat Buchanan would rather talk about Pakistan than Iowa right now but the media expects to get a return on all the dough they spent, so Iowa it will be, unless someone takes a phone cam picture of Lindsay tipping another champagne bottle, or Brittany shaves her head when she gets released.......

Like a Politician, She will Survive

She is far too smart to let this get her down. I wouldn't be suprised if we saw a new version come our way very soon. She's like Madonna, she can reinvent herself. She'll be tough but she'll try to sway the population into thinking she won't screw them over, all the while taking checks from entities who want us supressed. She'll have an uphill battle ahead and if she can't bend, hopefully she'll be out of the race.

I still can't be sure that Obama wouldn't be a Clinton-lite. He's now getting money earmarked for Hillary. Money coming from dispicible sources-oil, insurance, pharma. He's also going to have to answer to the Military Industrial/Prison Industrial complexes as they open up their coffers to him or to the Democrats. If they can't get him to jump directly, they can dump truckloads of cash into the DNC and take him down that way.

I'm still voting for Kucinich until there are no more lines to read between. If Obama clearly that he is going to make real changes and not just open up more loopholes through which the criminals can escape, I'll think about it. He can't pander to homophobic christians on one side and then say he accepts gays on the other. He can't try to rewrite healthcare giving a blank check to the pharmaceuticals and big insurance and tell us help is on the way with the other. He can't let Wall Street, big banks, and credit card companies keep getting away with ruining our economy and destroying the middle class. Our streets have holes, bridges need repair, people need repair and we can't accept rhetoric Ms. Cinton and Mr. Obama!

If Obama were to state emphatically that he would turn Bush and Cheney over to the World Court for war crimes trials, I'd vote for him in a minute. I'm quite certain he doesn't have the balls for that one though........

His Grandfather Was a Nazi Investor and Sympathizer

George Whore Bush's grandfather invested in the Nazis. He was a sympathizer. If the Usurper had been alive, we would never have entered the war, he would have let England and Europe fall and his family would have been reaping the rewards of supporting the Third Reich. He would have bombed Moscow before he bombed anything run by Hitler.

He doesn't care about anyone but himself and his class so he probably wouldn't have done anything about the death camps, just let them keep running.

Democracy Now

Go to the website and read the transcript or listen to today's show where Amy Goodman had Dennis Kucinich on the show and allowed him to answer the questions posed to the debaters. Very insightful, especially his comments about General Electric/Ratheon owned NBC-MSNBC.

"I'm a Billionaire and I'm Sorry"

And he knows Obama will forgive him duly kiss his rich behind should he need a contribution.
