Let's seize ANY bonuses that the entities paid any executive managers of these Wall Street welfare queens have paid within the past 2 years, in cash.

Let's seize all physical and computer records from these corporations so that a grand jury can pour over them to determine the illegalities of these corporations and that the damages, if any, are trebled.

Let's make it a crime for these corporations to sell ANY US investments or other physical or intangible items in a foreign country and make it retroactive for 2 years to keep all assets inside the US for a fire sale.

Let's make the physical property in excess of their primary domicile subject to immediate foreclosure and any physical property owned in full or in part that they own aside from their primary residence and a single automobile at the time of the bills passage is subject to immediate seizure and sale at government auction.

Let's make it mandatory for any executive's that served as corporate managers MUST attend any auctions or other sales and must be in plain view of ALL auction participants.

After ALL of those conditions have been met, Paulson can waste the American tax payers money on the corporation. ALL conditions have to be met. Otherwise, it's bankruptcy and those laws will be tightened to allow for the immeidate seizure of any and all investments and bonuses provided by the corporations involved for the previous 5 years. Bonuses and any compensation over $20,000 for ALL management will be seized. The one house/one car thing still applies.

Bush want's to play patty-cake with crooks? Let him save his base (Al Qaida?) with some perverse 'signing statement' that nullifies any of those parts of the law... I'd freaking dare him to do it... (The bill MUSY close by October 25th.)
