From me: An angle that I didn't consider... Yes, the 'concern trolls' of the pro-life movement seem to have been somewhat successful in painting pro-choice people as being pro-abortion because, well, they are pro-abortion because they think that anyone should have an abortion. Well, that's where the chain jumps the sprocket because pro-choice does not advocate that 'everyone should have an abortion', pro-choice advocate that women should have the ability to have a safe surgical procedure to end the pregnancy that they don't want rather than being forced to carry to term and give birth to a child that she does not want or forced into backroom and unsterilized procedures and such bizarre folk remedies as drinking bleach or other ridiculous crap.

Being the product of a woman that didn't want me who was forced to carry me to term and then neglected and tortured me, there were many times that I wondered why I was born. Was it to keep psychologists in business? Was it so that my mom could take out her aggressions on me night and day? I really wondered... I'm glad to be alive but there were times where it was touch and go. The physical wounds healed...

Being pro-choice isn't being anti-family and yes in spite of the horribly ignorant bumper sticker I saw the day I went to vote, you CAN be a christian AND be pro-choice. Well, the sticker said 'pro-abortion'. Stupid is as stupid does... I would defend their right to abort a fetus created by rape. I find the people that wear such stickers and paraphernalia emotionally incapable of the task of raising a child conceived under such circumstances... It's odd that they say that a child needs a woman and a man in their lives but neglects the idea that having the child be wanted is a great start too...

Ironic that the 'pro-life president' has created an economy that benefits his corporate buddies and makes abortion more of a choice for untold numbers of women who know that there is no way that they can even consider carrying their fetus to term because they simply can't afford it...

You see, they want the spot light.
