I don't care about all those folks out there who just don't get watching animals do stuff. The puppy vs. kitty videos make me laugh every morning and I hope you keep posting them. After all, if I like them, that should be good enough for you. Right?
I think Bob Fosse is laughing his butt off somewhere. That was great.
It's just a bunch of kids having a bit of fun. I'm a 50 year old feminist and I see nothing wrong with a bunch of overtaxed soldiers goofing around with another young soldier who is obviously having as much fun as they are. It's a good natured frolic. Anyone who says otherwise has a poker up their butt - (that is unless the young woman involved says it wasn't as much fun as it looked.)

Hope this becomes a regular weekly feature.
NOT!!
It's Samantha Bee, it's The Daily Show, it's not Rosy doing impromptu 'Ching chong ching' on the View. It's funny for crying out loud. Get those panties out of their twists. I laughed out loud - and I get offended pretty easily.
As a child raised on my mother's love of old films, I adored Cyd Charisse far and beyond the fluffiness of such (also great) dancers as Ginger Rogers. Charisse was smoky hot, and possessed an edge which none of the female dancers of her time could match. What a marvelous tribute to have a clip of her on the Salon website. Bravo.
Yes, they are already going for the body punches, on both Hilary and Obama. Even tabloid TV has started its field day...I was scrolling through channels (I don't watch it, REALLY) and saw Dr. Phil with Ann Coulter and Sean Holmes on the show. I gave it 5 minutes with Ann Coulter screaming loony stuff about B. Hussein Obama with Dr. Phil looking smug. The audience whistled and cheered! Yes, I know it was playing to a particular audience...but I think we all know the signs of things to come.
They'll never get it right. The right.
Always so good to Joan her fight the good fight. And Armey should be so lucky to have such an intelligent, forthright wife.
As usual, a fine article. I love how you equate Limbaugh and Palin as entertainers. If only it wasn't like watching the Three Stooges minus one.
To know the conspiracy is still out there (but of course) they are is disturbing. Obama hopefully can escape the mistakes of the Clinton era with what seems to be a squeaky clean background. Let's hope. But Clinton's statement that Republicans will not take over the house in the next election is encouraging...and despite it all, I tend to trust his judgement.
I am still of the belief that many of these incest survivors who 'love' their molestors are suffering from a form of Stockholm Syndrome i.e. indentifying with their 'captors'.
