MS: So the huge amount of ice mass lost in the previous decades is the result of global cooling?heru-ur: Mostly fudged data and hysteria.
Now you are messing with both Holly and Pedinska. I see trouble in your future! The loss of ice mass is 100% known and accepted. Pedinska's fellow researcher (not in her field, of course) at Ohio State (Lonnie Thompson) cannot fudge his data on ice loss. There are many people involved in that research. Even such simple documentation as pictures of grad students standing on rock where students from 20 years ago stood on ice is a pretty good demonstration, but never mind, there is no uncertainty here given the quality and quantity of the actual global measurements.
"Mission Misaccomplished Room" located off "The Iraq war room". That famous banner is displayed over the doorway and the entire contents of the room are put up again every six months.
Don't know enough to tell from the picture. My computer speakers are not great, but it might be a younger old Martin.
comes across to me as a "swimming geek". I am glad he relaxes a little, and it is his business how he does it as long as he avoids running down old ladies with his car, etc. I suspect one those companies he endorses thought he was too boring. The publicity seems remarkably well-organized, even for the paranoid USA. And he had not been in the news for a while; times are tough; sales are dropping; lots of dirty tricksters are looking for work.
I got into work early and saw your post; my Grados are at home and only one of my ears works well in any case. Like everything else, Martins have changed. That sound seems like a fairly new guitar of my youth. Such a Martin is now old and the sound has changed a bit, but it was younger then.

On every front, these people had a major goal of dismantling all international restrictions, ending prohibitions on inhumane conduct, declaring whomever they chose to be non-persons under the law.
No "slippery slope" for those people; they did indeed start at the bottom. But they greased the slope and took most of the nation down with them for a while. And it is not so easy to get everyone back up.
Right, there is no category called "This really sucks!". I use "other", but using "congratulations" is more creative.
By the way, Bernbart, that comment was appallingly dumb. So your Mac broke. You do not deserve one. Hell, you do not deserve a pc. Go back to writing on paper.
Sorry, my dear cake. That needed to be said in these appalling times.

Though we all have the capacity for advocating inconsistent ideas in different circumstances, certain instances are so blatant that it's hard to believe the person's brain allows them to remain blind to it.
Belief, when properly enforced in the environment, especially at an early age, wins out over logic every time. Consider religion.
We notice this unfortunate aspect of human behavior when it causes a problem. Otherwise,we ignore it.
Just to different degrees and in different ways. Not realizing it is an example. (The mistaken belief that you are consistently logical without a continuous effort intentionally directed at the topic)

Damning the Obama administration for not changing tack at this point, in this one appeal, 3 weeks into the administration, 1 week into the Holder agency, is premature.
Baloney. They said they would not do things like this, and if they were not ready they could delay. This has to be intentional on the part of Holder. Who knows what Obama knows, but I find it hard to believe he does not understand what is happening.
Changing the course of a government is hard. Pressure from public opinion, often loud and obnoxious, is required in order to gather support and beat down the opposition. If you think politics is nice...
Did Glenn's first post today ring any bells? Not even a faint sound heard in the back of the mind amid all the mental rumblings?
but I think Bernbart read the post.
Never underestimate the power of belief to warp comprehension. Any species that makes up religions and claims they are real has members who can read, but understand little. They are everywhere in the political spectrum.
I do not recall Obama actually answering the question. That entire affair had way to few questions and way too many words in each answer.
Bush needed careful scripting because he knows nothing and can hardly talk. Obama does not because he can talk forever on any topic. So if he wants to say nothing, he can do so in many words. On the other hand, it is good that he took the time to explain some of the simpler aspects of our economic difficulties.
But it is very clear that he alone can control the press better than Bush's entire team.
Obama has not said so, but that might be what is about to happen.
The average number of children in US families with children is under two in every state except Utah (2.21) and Idaho (2.01)*. I realize this is not the whole story on population control, but I question whether you are thinking about this correcctcly.

I've also noticed that your spelling and sentence structure today is much better, compared to yesterday. Either you are two people or they finally got your dosage corrected.
I think Bernbart got a new Mac and is now paying attention to the red dotted underlines that indicate misspelling in Safari, Firefox, or whatever. I think I have misunderestimated Bernbart's ability to evolve. My apologies.

BECAUSE we ALL have learned to be much more 'civil' with each other than EVEN the average Salon writer -
So you are not civil at all in your family?
