Tenets of Democracy

George ought to follow some of tenets of Democracy of which he speaks, or spins. He speaks of honoring free worship, free press, and "expression without fear", of legal contracts in democracy and the "consequence of criticism" if these tenets of democracy are abandoned.

I must say that he speaks of which he is ignorant. The press in this country is noting to be proud of. And expression without fear..., tell that to those who would brandish a bumper sticker George would take issue with. And criticism, wow, don't speak criticly to george w bush.

I like the way Hugo speaks of what he knows and what he believes. He confident but sometimes brash.

George, has an agenda of spin and untruthfulness.

George, think (if you can) before you speak or act.

Cohen Panders

A masterful performance that I will remember for sometime.

Mr cohen ought to consider retirement if he thinks Mr. Colbert didn't tell the audience of insiders almost everything that they needed to hear.

MSM is at a crossroad. With the kind of pandering mr cohen has shown it is a wonder people still buy daily print. And to suggest that bloggers speak only to themselves is ludicrous.

If you want real news you go to the net. Entertainment buy the post.

It's always been that way

Joe is carrying on as if he were a ranking member of the Israeli goverment. Influential members of the Israeli goverment have found it exceptable to "consider sexual encounters with female employees a right" of privilage. So Joe seems to be happy with the long traditiions of his own kind. Demean who you will, and win at all cost.

So, now it's a two way street?

Surely we have been mislead before by the arrogance of the moment. I believe that george's two way street still goes oneway. Blind loyality will not be tossed aside overnight, or in two years time.

It's nice to know that he will have to deal with his short comings if he is to fill out the remainder of his "so called" presidency.

Original article: Howard Dean, vindicated

Young Howard

The members of the Democratic Party "elected" Howard to get out the vote. His energy for inclusion and participation was right on. He has the political manner of a younger person with a drive for youthful experience to boot. His demeanor may get in the way of the old stick in the mud types, with a comment here or there, but he drives on. If we are to look to the future we need to look to youth and new ideas. The old idea that "money and recruiting canidates" will get the results is silly. Inclusion and participation of all is the way to put numbers together. DNC was for that inclusion, DLC was not. Just ask Bil or Hil who went the "money is everything" way.

Thanks to Howard Dean. I want to see him with that big smile again.

macacas bight the bottom

Politics are just out of control. When people, both North and South, throw away this hurtfully past and wake up, things will change for the better. But the wrench that w threw "into our good America", well, we will have to just step back.

However, as the world's ice sheets melt it it just great to see a macaca fall off the stump. And when he took the macaca with Pennsilvania with him, all the cooler.

Nancy Pelosi must stay "strong and in their faces".

We must love her! She is America's hope. And to beat, a female.

Republicans, "eat your heart out"! Many men as well.

Original article: Cindy Sheehan's wrong turn

Sorry, Cindy is right!

Cindy is America! Say what you will, Cindy Sheehan lives in the shoes of the Founders. She is the contributer that is heard above the silence of her adversaries. How inspiring can an individual be? And a WOMAN at that. I'd love to see her in Hillary"s shoes. She'd win in a heart beat.

Revisionism

All in the name of perpetual terror for the rabble and cash for the creeps that print such lies

Original article: Lionizing the shoe thrower

Sympathy?

The author has "sympathy for" and professes that bush doesn't deserve a shoe. Boy, I have to disagree. If Mr Schaller knew anything about Iraq as he professes "Americans and the whole world" know, he would not have made such a statement for bush deserves what he gets for being such a criminal. I will need no reminder to passs over another story about Iraq by Mr Schaller for he is truely in the dark.

RR

RR promised to make the United States the "service oriented society" so that his people could sit around the pool and open dividend checks. And from that day foward America lost the jobs and her labor force that had supported her for generations. All in the name of, or the the pockets of the rich on Wall Street.

How easy it was for the rich to get richer on the backs of her labor force with a tax cut as gravey.

America has a new set of morals only GWB could help to appreciate.
