Not having any talent. His movies and stage plays suck. Characters are one dimensional, the dialog is ridiculous and the faux Christian messages are nausiating. It's a shame that this is what is passing as great art in the African-American community. Why isn't August Wilson's work as succesful? It's 100 percent better than Perry's crap.

Hillary was an attorney for Wal Mart for years, and we all know that Wal Mart has nothing but contempt for the working class. Does anyone really think that she cares about them? All she cares about is herself and her corporate sponsers.

To all the Clinton supporters (fanatics) that are saying they will vote for McCain, are you really that stupid? McCain has said that he will appoint conservative judges to the supreme court and wants to overturn a woman's right to choose. Are you really going to vote for someone that will turn back women's rights just because your candidate didn't win? And I know that part of this anger is because Obama is black. If Hillary were beaten by John Edwards, there wouldn't be this much anger. This whole primary has brought out the worst in the Democratic party.

I have really enjoyed your work in the past, but I have to protest your current article.

First, as a resident of Washington, DC for over 6 years, I resent your statement that we here are not capable of independent thought. I've managed very well, thank you. DC tends to be a melting pot of different cultures and opinions, I have friends who are liberal and more conservative, I even eneded up at a Republican Christmas party once! So don't talk about something you know nothing about.

Second, thanks for helping McCain get elected. Your glowing review of Palin, I'm sure, is being used to help his campaing. You're right, Obama is the future, so stop trying to get McCain elected.

The facts about Palin are already coming out that she is fiscally irresponsible(bridge to nowhere) and corrupt (using the state to pay for her family trips).
