@ JamesSB

You wrote: "Your comment on supporters "throw around the epithet 'racist' when someone disagrees with your position" rings hollow considering many Hillary supporters throw around the epithet "sexist." Factcheck and many anon supporters have claimed sexism. But what is truly sad is how Hillary has embraced sexism with her comments:

"Now, you know, as President Bush is leavin’ and comin’ home, waiting in that Oval Office are gonna be a lot of problems...So, the next president is gonna have to get in there and clean house."

"Now, I think we need somebody whose got some experience cleaning house to go into the White House..

"But this is not just going to be pickin’ up socks off the floor. This is going to be cleanin’ up the government"

Interesting way to fight sexism-- JamesSB "

Pick your knuckles up off the floor, James. Here's a bulletin: men do laundry as often as women. In our household, my wife and I share the duties of child-raising, cooking, shopping and, yes...cleaning.

By making a comparative analogy that her language somehow denotes or connotes that cleaning is strictly "women's work" shows just how much you need to learn about current family life.

Her "cleaning analogy" is spot-on...pun intended.

@ Slackie

You wrote: "Clinton/Obama?? That's a losing ticket...While it'll serve Clinton's ego and her supporters' rancorous sense of her entitlement well enough, but it'll not make a dent against McCain in the general election. She'd go down in flames, and take Obama with her (and possibly the Democratic Party as well); Obama would be finished as a candidate if he accepted the VP slot on a doomed candidacy...Far from being able to co-opt the energy and enthusiasm among Obama's movement by having him riding shotgun to Clinton, Thelma and Louise-style, it would suck the life out of the grassroots movement, would scatter the independents to the winds (or, more accurately, send them running into the arms of the GOP), and would have Clinton/Obama holding hands as they drive right off the cliff...if she can't have all, she'll fight very, very hard for nothing.-- Slackie Onassis"

Gee, Slackie, venting and throwing poo-bombs around like hand-grenades at anyone with a different opinion than you on Hillary gets a little tiring. Hell, it gets VERY tiring. You don't like Hillary; we get that. We got that sixty letters ago.

But, can you cite any hard data to support your verbal tripe regarding Hillary destroying the Democratic party? Or, are your comments simply wishful thinking? From what I've seen in the primaries...including Texas, Ohio and Rhode Island yesterday...she's hardly either "Typhoid Mary" or anathema to the party.

If helping bring out new and enthusiastic voters who are voting for her are "destructive" acts, you have mastered Orwellian-speak.

Thank you...

@LanierThrill73

You wrote: "Sorry but it's simple...Clinton WILL LOSE the general election - every McCain hating Republican who would otherwise stay home would come out to vote for the devil himself over her. And even if she somehow slipped in they will fight fight fight ANYTHING she proposes before she even takes office. Doing another primary in Fla? Well gee Dems, can you play just a bit harder into the hands of the GOP? Starting to wonder if she wants to wound Obama to the point that McCain will win so she can go for it again in 2012. As Bill Maher has been saying "Only the Democrats can find a way to lose the election this year..." :-( -- LanierThrill73"

Tell you what, LanierThrill73...you just stay home, wring your hands and whine. There are those of us in the party who love a good fight. We are not willing to let the Republicans make this a win by default, ok? We concede nothing!

McCain is not..repeat NOT...a shoo-in; he has liabilities a-plenty, including his blind fealty and obeisance to one George W. Bush...who, you may be surprised to learn, is disliked more than getting dogpoop on your shoes.

So, go sit in a dark closet, mutter and moan that "Hillary means doom" and "Obama is the only savior" and fondle your "honorary Republican" membership card. The rest of us will handle the hard work that is to be done by working hard for Hillary's election.

Poofter!

Vote Totals

According to the ABC Evening News last night, out of millions of votes cast, Hillary Clinton has won 3,000 more votes than Barack Obama. The Obama people have said previously that the winner of the most popular votes should get the super-delegates votes. Wonder if they're still parroting that line?

In any event, each candidate is the favorite candidate of roughly half the electorate. What does that say about our candidates? It says that a combo ticket of both candidates would be the most fair, the strongest and the best against the Republicans.

Would they bury the hatchet and make nice with each other to make history and win? If they both care more about the country and the future than their egos, they'll at least consider it.

Paging Doctor Feelgood: Stat!

Physicians who write prescriptions with gleeful abandon and greedy intent are now trying to cover their collective gluteus maximi by screeds such as this one by Doc Zaroff. Self-medication, aided and abetted by complicit docs, is the proximate cause of many OD's. Heath Ledger's personal pharmacopeia is prima facie evidence of that.

I'm sorry Heath Ledger died, but, I'm not surprised; pill-pusher doctors, who receive kick-backs from pharmaceutical manufacturers to prescribe their products, are more concerned with personal profit than legitimate healing.

Hippocrates and Galen weep.
