the Press did not Fail

The did exactly what they are paid to do. They sold us the war and the American public bought it hook line and sinker. The "press" in this country is complicit and every bit as corrupt and evil as the Bush administration.

Look at how they report on peace rallies and peace candidates. Are they still failing?

Not likely. They have no morals, ethics or dignity. They belong in the toilet.

Too bad that selling out your country and high treason are no longer unacceptable behaviors.

Who did he piss off?

When McCain dared to mention Obama and Pakistan, they ran a sex scandal on him, yet Barrack Obama's Larry Sinclair affair remains off limits as well as George Bush's Jeff Gannon escort service to the White House. The MSM is very particular about which sex scandals are worthy for the public to lather and froth over like rabid dogs straining at the leash to devour propriety's focus of shamming and gotcha!

Sex scandals are only for those who offend the ones who must not be offended.

But really, what is tragic about a hypocrite getting caught with his pants down?

Hey, did you ever hear the one about the former vice president and the way he dies and what he was wearing at the time?

Human beings are just crazy for that sex.

Look on the bright side!

Those German Nazis are no longer number one.

USA! USA! USA!

Everyone knows war crimes are only committed by the losing side.

Joe Conason

A dishonest journalist despises the honest politician. One is all too common and the other all too rare.

Dishonest journalists despise Nader, Paul, Kucinich and now Ferraro.

Dishonest journalists prefer corporate shills and cardboard cutout "leadership" for war.

Joe Conason, if you love war so much, enlist and may Obama send you to Pakistan rather than some poor kid who doesn't know any better.

Simple reality for simple people

Most people do not want the truth and do not have the wherewithal to understand or process even the most simple logical or scientific inconsistencies. Those that do will be met with ridicule because the authorities want this kept quiet and swept under the rug because it is just too blatant and obvious once you understand that it was all a scam and heist done by those in power and protected by those they own, the press.

Best not look at the evidence - it does no good.

Original article: Was Obama's speech enough?

SALUTE!

FIrst I could not help but notice the eloquent framing between two American flags. That immediately let me know the man was a scoundrel and a bunko artist. Then at the end the camera zoomed out to reveal four flags on either side of the man for a total of EIGHT AMERICAN FLAGS.

This looks bad for America, my fellow Americans, very bad. You only need that many flags to cover up something real bad and nasty or let people know you got cars to sell.

You will all look back upon President Bush as one of the last great presidents. We are screwed.

Original article: Five years of Iraq lies

Media Lies!

You forgot to report something, Juan Cole.

We can expect more of the same for the next president and the next war, RIGHT?

MSBSM

Main Stream Bull Shit Media.

Wrap an American flag around that war mongering corporate shill and let's ram him down america's throat, after all, we are the nervous system and brains of the country - the Main Stream Bull Shit Media.

These suckers forgot that Gore and Bush didn't say anything about invading Afghanistan and Iraq even though it was s done deal before the campaign even started.

Original article: Our "black Monday" for oil

It is all part of the Iraq adventure!

Yeah, sure we wanted their oil, but we really wanted Saddam to stop selling it for so cheap. Now that we have totally screwed up Iraq, the oil stays in the ground, making oil prices go up.

You think this is an accident? Watch Goldfinger, the movie.

Point the finger at the media.

The mainstream media is guilty as charged of all the crimes that bushco and congress committed. Your mouth and lips belong to warbuckers. Anyone one who is against war is to be ridiculed and not considered appropriate for voters perusal.

Hillary voted, you people sold it, just like beer and happy pills.

Original article: Was Obama's speech enough?

Change? What about Change?

If Obama doesn't agree with his preacher, then he is not for change and likes it the way it is.

Take away jobs, give them drugs, foreclose on them, put and keep more people in prison than anyone else in the world and wage war because that is the only thing we have any confidence and competence in doing and that is just an illusion.

Wright is right and Obama wrong - if he was for change he would have told the critics of his preacher to go to hell.

@no-dimocrat

Alright, we get your point. You are stupid,

As far as anyone who thinks can tell, there are only 3 or 4 democrats in congress, the rest are all republicans. Obama and Clinton are double republicans so either way you win, and the country gets double flushed so enjoy the ride to ownership and control by the Chinese Communists who bought and paid for both parties to play war and treason games on the american sheeple.

A Vote For Obama, Clinton or McCain is a vote for WAR.

I suppose we should all be relieved that you used the word "characters" instead of "suspects".

You seem shallow enough to do well at Salon.

Original article: Quote of the day

THE ISSUES - GENDER AND RACE!!!

The press is useless and corrupt.

At least they are stupid and obedient.

Give them all a dog treat!

Next time you want to take the high road . . .

. . . don't take the low road as well. We really do not need bad behavior chastized by repeating it for our edification it is Disney ABC for gosh sakes - as if we would expect anything wholesome and genuine from that crew.
