@danb
[Read the article: MoveOn endorses Obama]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]In case you didn't know, we had already lined up allies to invade Afghanistan in March of 2001 six months before 911. So 9/11 and usama had nothing to do with the invasion of Afghanistan except for the media and public to be conned into believing that it was for something other than SMACK.
I read it in Jane's Intelligence Review - one of the March issues from 2001 if you want to verify the facts. You can also watch the pilot episode of Fox's "Lone Gunmen" if you would like details as to the rational and implementation of 9/11, which also premiered in March of 2001.
Maybe you think we invaded because of the statues they blew up or how they treated their womenfolk? (LOL)

Get more expensive.
[Read the article: The omnivore's new dilemma]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]In an ideal world grass fed beef, bug fed chickens, and sodas and juice drinks with sugar in them instead of HFC.
If you think ADM is going to let that happen you probably think Obama is antiwar.
You will pay more for food and drink and still get stuff that isn't good for you.
-
They are more gulllible
[Read the article: Young voters are stoked]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]and will vote for a candidate that they do not know is going to give them just more war. They actually believe that when the politician makes promises about healthcare and education that they intend to keep them. Any money for that has already been promised to the war industry.
-
Connect the Polka Dots.
[Read the article: Multiracial man]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]"If I came to you and had polka dots, but you were convinced that I was going to take us all to war with Paikstan and Iran and borrow more money from the Chinese to pay for it, you'd say, 'OK, I wish he didn't have polka dots, but I'm still am wanting to fight a war with Pakistan and Iran and go even further in debt to the communists.'"

@elephant icon
[Read the article: Blowback from the GOP's holy war]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Why do you equate hating war with hating America?
-
Ron Paul, the litmus test for journalists
[Read the article: Blowback from the GOP's holy war]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]If a "journalist" declines mentioning Ron Paul in an article where he should be mentioned, chances are that the "journalist" is a warmongering shill for the warbuckers, not that it is against the law or anything.
There is another alternative theory that Is plausible. If Mr. Cole gets his news from where everyone else gets it, then it is entirely possible that he has no idea who Ron Paul is.
-
I am glad
[Read the article: The end of menstruation]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I am glad that there is nothing about being a man that requires pharmaceutical intervention!
-
McCain, Romney, Clinton, and Obama are kissing cousings too.
[Read the article: Lieberman and McCain: Kissing cousins in Connecticut]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Is this some pathetic attempt to portray Lieberman as somehow different from the rest of the warmongering shills who do not publicly kiss each other on camera?
Ann Coulter is right, Clinton is more conservative than McCain. When Ann Colter is right, the stink must be overwhelming to all except those in the mainstream media who shovel, hurl and traffic in offal to the point that they no longer notice any odor at all.
-
Pay no attention to the sock puppet in front of the curtain.
[Read the article: Mad McCain]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Before the convention he will have a "health" problem and Romney will be the nominee. Unless the authorities decide to wait until after the convention.
-
"Islamist extremists ... don't distinguish between Democrats and Republicans"
[Read the article: "Islamist extremists ... don't distinguish between Democrats and Republicans"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]And neither should American voters.
-
@Renegade Iconoclast
[Read the article: Lieberman and McCain: Kissing cousins in Connecticut]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Nah, try stupidity. The democrats are republicans. Nixon was the last liberal in the White House. The country has shifted so far right that most republicans from the 60s and 70s would be considered too far leftwing and radical to be in the democratic party.
Putting in perspective, who was more liberal, Hitler or Mussolini?
-
Why bother?
[Read the article: California independents: You can vote for a Democrat]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Seems like a waste of time unless you are really into sexism or racism. Either way you get war.
-
Jonathan Swift
[Read the article: Does anybody think Microsoft/Yahoo is a good idea?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Jonathan Swift would find it amusing.
-
Well that makes two of them!
[Read the article: Republicans have become the credibility-free party]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Have you forgotten that the last election the voters sent a clear message to Washington that they wanted the war to stop.
Did any democrats aside from Kucinich and Gravel remember that message?
Screw both parties, both war parties.
I'll probably vote for Nader or McKinney and then the democrats can blame those two for losing their election for them. Maybe the democrats should try running as democrats rather than republicans.
-
Paging Mr. Nader, Paging Mr. Nader!
[Read the article: Super Tuesday showdown]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]This selection of candidates runs the gamut from bad to worse.
The next President, without a doubt, will make the current one look good.
This democracy thing seems to be in need of repair.
-
Not the candidate
[Read the article: McCain continues war on capitalism]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Health problem before the convention. Chances are it will not be from polunium.
-
A vote for Obama or Clinton
[Read the article: Biracial, but not like me]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]is a vote for war.
The people who put Bush in the White House are delighted with your vote.
-
Forget health care.
[Read the article: Biracial, but not like me]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]The money has already been spent and more has been promised to the war industry.
These are establishment candidates and since when has power been concerned with people's health care?
Madison Avenue and Wall Street know how to con the American public and pull a fast one.
Pretend Pepsi is the democrats and Coca- Cola is the republicans - they taste pretty much the same, the only difference is in the advertising campaign.
That is what we have, an advertising campaign rather than a political one. Con artists, shills and suckers - vote 2008!
-
Lay off Salon all you crazy Paulists
[Read the article: Super Tuesday results]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Ron Paul isn't a War candidate. Why should Salon give RP any PR? You would have to be CRAZY not to want more war and UNAMERICAN to boot.
Report Ron Paul results? That would be unjournalistic!
-
War won the election!
[Read the article: Who won Super Tuesday?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Congratulation MSM warbuckers.
-
He will be back.
[Read the article: Mitt Romney suspends presidential campaign]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Sooner than anyone thinks.
-
Yip Yip! Arf Arf!
[Read the article: What I really wanted to say to Chris Matthews]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Chris Matthews is a warmongering corporate lapdog.
He has no problem with Hillary, he is just yanking your chain.
You like that.
-
Who cares?
[Read the article: Which Democrat can beat McCain?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]1. old crazy guy
2. troublesome psychopathic party hack
3. phony corporate puppet with a smile
Can we get four more years of the traitor? At least they are just corrupt and we can all deal with that.
-
Yip Yip! Arf Arf.
[Read the article: Chris Wallace: Probing, hard-nosed journalist]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Chris Wallace wishes that he was a warmongering corporate lapdog. He is just a sycophant.
-
Iran or Pakistan?
[Read the article: How will it all end?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Who do we bomb first?
If it's Pakistan I guess I need to start stocking up the fallout shelter.
-
Obama supporters
[Read the article: Paul Krugman criticizes Obama supporters]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]What is curious is that they think he is some kind of peace candidate.
One can only hope that when push comes to shove, they will sign up to serve in Pakistan.
