  • Projecting and presenting.

[Read the article: My boss says I'm a lesbian but I'm not!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

The boss is projecting her sexuailty onto the letter writer's and it is sexual harrassment if it makes the letter writer uncomfortable and it does. That is pretty simple and common and is unacceptable except from the perspective of the pursuit of sexual conquests, which is innapropriate for a boss.

    Your response is presenting.

Do I have to spell out the diagnosis or are you familiar with the DSM?

    Blames the victim.

    Lack of empathy.

    Hell, that's enough for me!

Now I doubt that it is an organic dysfunction as meds can produce the flattened effect of cartoon villany and/or banality which has become the hallmark of this country's slide into the nether world of scary monsters and super creeps.

"We are the goon squad and we're coming to town, BEEP BEEP! FASHION!"

Yep, fashion is a language and not every one speaks the same langange and most just put on clothes for practical reasons rather than making a sexual billboard of themselves.

Your response is laughable, creepy and a diagnostic tool. It is also a cry for help.

Get off the meds. If you can't do that, stop giving advice. If it isn't meds, then you need some help and unfortuately that particular problem is not exactly treatable. Try religion or immerse youself in the study of ethics and morality. You expose yourself to enough mental illness and you may end up catching some of it yourself. It is a job hazard of therapists and psychiatrists.

    Maybe Dr. Phulvoit can help.

"You interest me strangely." = priceless

  • NEWSFLASH!

[Read the article: Dumbledore? Gay. J.K. Rowling? Chatty.]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

J.K Rowling discovers that not every gay person has purchased and read a Harry Potter book.

    "Dumbledore is gay."

    Print more books.

    Profit.

    That's what I call marketing.

  • It is really quite simple

[Read the article: When Rudy goes waterboarding]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

    Psychopaths approve of torture.

People who are not psychopaths abhor torture.

If you are not a psychopath, you probably are a nonconformist at this stage of the game.

  • Snark

[Read the article: Our office manager is a dental despot!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Well if you wear nice clothes to work you are going to be hit up for money. You would wear cheap clothes and bad shoes. If you don't, you are not only asking for it, you are begging for it.

  • Respect!

[Read the article: I'm dressing up as a melting polar ice cap]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

You gotta respect a comedian who has a heckler not only thrown out, but handcuffed as well.

I think he should dress up as a hockey puck, or Dennis Miller.

  • Bill Owen

[Read the article: I'm dressing up as a melting polar ice cap]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Bill Maher is not one of us.

    (just representing)

This 911 stuff freaks them out. It is a weak spot.

It's like a button that says "DO NOT PUSH!"

    How many more buttons?

  • Government trolls

[Read the article: A bizarre, unsolicited e-mail from Gen. Petraeus' spokesman ]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Yep, how many of those right wing cranks that post nonsense all over the web supporting the war and pretending to be nutjob antisemite "liberals" are actually authored by those in the employ of the government, the military, and the defense industry for the purpose of disinformation and keeping this charade and shell game running until there is nothing left to steal from our treasury? Probably over half of them.

Like telemarketers, they operate from a script.

But telemarketers are actually human beings, these things are somewhat less than that.

Ad hominem attacks and no response to issues and questions are their trademark. They lack the depth and intelligence to deal with issues and questions.

They do realize that we are onto to them and this makes them unsettled. Keep pushing those buttons that elicit response. It's a tell, and I don't think they even know how to play poker.

  • Letters versus anonymous trolls

[Read the article: Col. Boylan's denial]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

You can bet that for every letter there are a sizeable number of anonymous posts to the blog which is part of that same thorn in their side. One person can be an entire legion in cyberspace and it only takes a small number of neocon thug posts to make the communication means unpleasent and tarred with the stupidity and the nastiness of mentally ill bullies worried about their status in the pecking order when the word treason is being bandied about in reference to their theivery, war crimes and contempt for all that is good.

General Betrayus - that which some call god does have a sense of humor.

I had one of these government trolls assigned to me. He works at the USAID. He used at least 50 different online personas to harrass and attack me in cyberspace. Ouch, that's gotta hurt something fierce. Not really, ASCII character strings can only do so much. He stopped.

Consider each and everyone of the trolls to be a government or defense industry hack whose only purpose at their work is to get you to stop. Don't stop.

Evil + stupidity + impotence, is not a winning combination.

After reading your letters I can only come to the conclusion that if you are not actually Boylan then perhaps you are his significant other or a concerned family member.

Does you boss know that you think Boylan should be spared while the real killers and torturers should be targeted?

Yeah, we are supposed to think that you are one of us all concerned about killings and torture.

How you think that is working, pal?

"Don't look at me, look at THEM! They made me do it and they are ever so much worse than I."

  • Public Relations

[Read the article: Hitlers, Hitlers and more Hitlers]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Adolph Hitler has the BEST public relations team in the world.

    How about that.

Let's all visualize Adolph Hitler - everywhere!

    Is it Halloween yet?

  • No.

    [Read the article: Bronzer gods]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

No, real men won't wear makeup unless they are on tv or the stage and require it as a part of the job.

The chemical industry ins't happy with all the money that women spend on makeup and are determined to double their profits by conning men into the same addictive and fruitless behavior.

If they put enough estrogen like compounds into the environment and our foods, they just may do it.

Pretty good news for the cancer industry, eh?

Yep, I need some solvents, pigments, petroleum byproducts, hormone creams and other slaughterhouse byproducts applied to my flesh because nature isn't good enough for corporate america.

I'm feeling younger and sexier just thinking about it.
