The fact that Hillary's our frontrunner only confirms what I learned from Bush's re-election
[Read the article: The Democratic duel of the race]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]That the typical American (on both sides of the aisle) is either too stupid or too gullible to be trusted with the responsibility of voting. Sorry if that sounds elitist, but I've got to be straight. She is so transparently false, that I really struggle to understand what people see in her. Is it because she's a woman? Is it nostalgia for her husband's years in office? It can't be what she's saying because well...what the hell IS she saying?! Does she stand for anything except a very cynical assessment of the typical American voters' cognitive abilities (which is ironically one of the few traits I share with her)?
Again, sorry folks. It's not like I'm proud of my discust for most of you.

Sorry for the double post, guys
[Read the article: The Democratic duel of the race]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Yeah. That's me. I'm the Anonymous there. I thought that post had gotten eaten so I re-typed it.
Maybe I should be trusted with the responsibility of voting either.

So, Thelma. Just so we're clear here...
[Read the article: The Democratic duel of the race]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Any Democrat who sees through Hillary Clinton should just play dumb and STFU then?
This is the best Clinton-supporters can come up with?
Sorry. I won't play along. Those of us with negative opinions of Clinton have valid points and deserve to be heard. Your threats of a Republican win in 2008 without Clinton are false and do not scare me.

The boy who cried "sexism."
[Read the article: The Democratic duel of the race]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Give me a break. I doubt there are many people here who wouldn't vote for a good candidate because she's a woman. Let's stick to what's actually said (or in Hillary's case, isn't said) and leave the bullshit speculation to the ratings hungry pundits.

p.s.
[Read the article: The Democratic duel of the race]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]If only Ann Richards was still with us. *sigh*

[Read the article: America's next top spouse]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]You're not the only one. Rebecca Traister's misandry is pretty obvious in most of her articles, but as lefties we're not supposed to notice that. We're supposed to laugh and high five each other because if we don't we are willing participants in the patriarchy.
She also happens to be the worst writer in this otherwise exceptional magazine.
Now make with the deleting. Our opinions are clearly under-smart.

Thanks for the laugh, Salon
[Read the article: Rush Limbaugh and the global warming debunking that wasn't]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]That was awesome.

When Bush does it he is subverting our valued Democratic processes and institutions.
[Read the article: On the fake campaign trail]
[Read more letters about this article: Here](And he is).
When Hillary does it well we cough and shuffle and mumble something about how everybody else is doing it and how the bad guys are doing it to her or something. Then we cough and shuffle some more until more excuses come to mind that don't make us look like total hypocrites.
Does Salon think we're as stupid as Hillary does?
Apparently so.
-
Oh, I forgot to mention...
[Read the article: On the fake campaign trail]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]...since my opinion differs from the Hilalry apologists, this means I must be a plant. Thanks for pointing that out. You got me. Boy, is my face red.
The same goes for everyone else here who bypassed the spin and pointed out what is obvious.
Plants. All of them.

I agree with Paglia about Pelosi
[Read the article: Queen Hillary's disruptive court]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]HER I could see myself voting for. Hillary? I don't think so. If Hillary gets the nomination, I'll be playing discgolf all day on Election Day.
