Finally Obama hits back
[Read the article: Obama camp targets Clinton experience claims]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]While I admire his attempts to stay above the fray, Clinton's campaign has gotten downright nasty. Circulating the pic of Obama in Somali garb and then trying to say it's people like me who has the problem with Muslims for calling them on their bullshit was the last straw. Nevermind her pandering to right-wing mouthbreathers with her "3am" commercial. I'd gotten used to that sort of thing from her. She did vote for the Iraq War and co-sponsor a flag-burning bill afterall.
I hope Obama stays on the offensive. Her campaign has been so transparently false, I'm surprised it's taken him so long. Using her time as First Lady as "experience" is laughable, and it's about time that became an issue. If my wife were a brain surgeon, does that qualify me to start cutting open people's heads?

Hillary doesn't stand a chance in hell of getting the nomination
[Read the article: A look at exit polls from the Mississippi Democratic primary]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I know it. You know it (even if you haven't admitted it to yourself). The numbers support it. There's no way Hillary is getting over 50% of the black vote in Penn, especially after Ferrarro's dumbass comments, and that's pretty much what she's got to do to still stay in the game.
So why is she staying in the race if not to mess up the Obama's chance of winning in November? It's the only answer that makes sense to me, and it reeks of sour grapes and blind, dangerous ambition.
I'd like to hear from a Clinton supporter on this.

The answer really is right in front of your nose
[Read the article: A look at exit polls from the Mississippi Democratic primary]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Republicans voted for Hillary because they were told by Rush Limbaugh to do so (there is a reason they are called "dittoheads"). It's that simple. He gave them their marching orders and they did what they were told to do.
Why would Rush tell his listeners to vote for Hillary? Because he sees all the same polls that we do, particularly the polls that say McCain is less likely to win in a match-up against Obama then he is against Clinton.
If you're asking yourself "Can it really be that simple?" you haven't listened to enough of Rush Limbaugh and his adoring fans.

Wow. Maybe Clinton will get the message.
[Read the article: McCain campaign manager wants surrogates on message]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Just kidding. Of course she won't, and she's even in the same party as Obama!
Her primary interest now IMHO is to completely ruin any chance of an Obama win in the general election so that she's got a shot in 2012. She's read the writing on the wall that she hasn't a snowball's change in hell of getting the nomination, so she figures this is her best shot at getting the presidency before she turns 70.
Too bad she's burned so many Democratic bridges that she's going to have a hard time getting back our votes in 2012.
Oh and for the record, unlike 25% of Clinton voters, I will probably hold my nose and vote for whomever gets the Democratic nod, even though I'm an Obama supporter. Again, it's an easy thing for me to say because she won't be it, but still...
-
So...is he still a superdelegate?
[Read the article: New York Gov. Spitzer resigns]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Back to what's really important...

Day late and a dollar short, Salon
[Read the article: Ferraro resigns from Clinton campaign]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]It took you days to touch this story, and you don't comment until it had completely run its course? Why bother?
But I'm sure you'll be the first to let us know the next thing that jerkoff Chris Matthews says.

Hillary has read the writing on the wall and is now angling for a shot at 2012.
[Read the article: Obama can't win general election, Clinton advisor says]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Anyone looking at the numbers knows that Hillary doesn't have a chance of winning the Democratic primary. She is still in the race now to try to spoil any chances Obama may have in the general election so that she can be the Dem's candidate in 2012.
And that pretty much speaks volumes about Hillary Clinton and why I am not voting for her.
-
Hmmm...since this is Salon, here's my diagnosis and prescription...
[Read the article: Nothing makes any sense anymore. I'm at the end of my rope]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Sounds like Asbergers. I recommend you leave your husband/wife.

As if the "surrogates" have no affiliation with the campaigns.
[Read the article: Clinton, Obama talk peace]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Riiiiiiiight. Nothing to see here. Nothing will change. These are not the driods you're looking for.
The more apparent it becomes to the general public who has won and who has lost (it's already obvious to the candidates), the more vicious the attacks will become.

That's probably the only time Sinbad's made me laugh.
[Read the article: Hillary Clinton, sniper fire and Sinbad]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]And WTF is Hillary doing taking her daughter into a combat zone where there might be sniper fire?
Chelsea 2012!

Clinton supporters: please let me know why I should be filled with moral outrage over this...
[Read the article: "Obama Watch"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I await your Penn-approved talking points. Please hurry, I have a lot of message boards to troll.
Thanks.

That's funny, aceking
[Read the article: "Obama Watch"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I heard that Obama must feast on the souls of innocent children everyday in order to summon his otherworldly powers. I don't even know how one could feast on another's soul, but now that I know he's the anti-Christ, everything makes sense.
I also heard that he was sworn into the Senate, not with a Holy Bible, but with the Necronomicon!
An e-mail I received recently informed me that he once tore a sick toddler's heart out of his chest cavity and mocked the poor child's parent as they cried.
Oh, and I heard he had a black baby too.

Clinton 2012! Woooooooo!
[Read the article: Daily Kos writers' "strike" gets ugly]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]It is Clinton, with no reasonable chance of victory, who is fomenting civil war in order to overturn the will of the Democratic electorate. As such, as far as I'm concerned, she doesn't deserve "fairness" on this site. All sexist attacks will be dealt with -- those will never be acceptable. But otherwise, Clinton has set an inevitably divisive course and must be dealt with appropriately.
To reiterate, she cannot win without overturning the will of the national Democratic electorate and fomenting civil war, and she doesn't care.
This.
Clinton's angle now is to try to ruin Obama's chances in 2008 so that she can run in 2012 and become president before she turns 70.
Of course, that will be kind of difficult when you've pissed off half of your own party. She spent all her political capital and most of her husband's through the course of her campaign, and now that she can't pull out of this tailspin she's in, it just seems like she wants to take everyone else down with her. Not a comforting strategy for someone who wants to be president.
BTW, I don't give a shit about radical pastors, so save your breath.
