It seems pretty clear to me

Blacks are going to continue to support him no matter what. That is the extent of the race factor. Every one else is extremely disappointed in his horrible failures. The health care fiasco had been the straw that broke the camel's back for many.

For me it was his last chance for redemption. And he failed again.

I will still vote for him in 2012. There is no way that there will be anyone any better. But I will be holding my nose.

Wait, what?

There is something wrong with wearing shorts with sandals? Is this irony? What was the point of that statement?

Scoffing at astroturf jungle

This poster has clearly demonstrated both the weakness of his argument and his personal cowardice.

Since he clearly posted after the long post about all the socialized aspects of our society, he can't deny having seen them. If his arguments were more than empty catchphrases, he would have addressed them. If he weren't a coward, he would have addressed them.

Go home, little boy.

@ astroturf jungle

You think that was a hissy fit? Your definition of hissy fit is odd, to say the least.

Your original argument was that anything socialized is bad. Now you are backpedaling. So some things provided by the government are good? Just not things you don't need?

I have a condition which means that no insurance company will write me a policy. It requires medication that is unnecessarily expensive. (BTW, your assertion that we here in America are subsidizing Canadian pharmaceuticals is contrary to anything I have seen. Can you cite a source?) This condition is not due to any bad decisions on my part. I do not deserve it. Absent serious health insurance reform, I will not be able to lead a productive life.

Let me repeat that: Absent serious health insurance reform, I will not be able to lead a productive life.

It just so happens that a single payer system is the most cost-effective way to insure all Americans. Why do you not want to do it the most cost-effective way?

No one is trying to take away your insurance, or change it in any way. But consider: You will be on Medicare at some point. Why not start now?

See, even if you weren't consciously lying, you were lying. And your lies are accomplishing nothing but making obscenely rich people even richer, and denying me access to medical care.

What is your point?

Nice job, Salon

This man is either an idiot or he is bought and paid for by the insurance interests. Do you really think your readers are that stupid?

And what is your stake in this? Why publish something that is completely contrary to the interests of your readers?

You should be embarrassed.

Original article: The surprise Spanx make-out

Oh, please

I am glad just to be interacting with a woman's panties. Could hardly give a damn about what kind of panties they are.

The only important issue is, are they coming off?

Dittospeak

In his apology Land says that extending health insurance to everyone is denying "healthcare to the elderly, the infirm, the disabled and the unborn..."

This man has clearly been listening to Rush Limbaugh.
