I know what the movie was called idiot...My point is that If I dressed up in Blackface as a slutty Black chick and called myself Laquisha it probably wouldn't go over that well...But for some reason this seems to be acceptable for Black people to portray White men as uncoordinated dolts and White women as slutty bimbos...

By making a movie called "White Chicks" with two black dudes dressing up and portraying them as airhead sluts you might as well of called it "Stupid White Bitches"...This is somehow ascceptable but a comment like "Nappy Headed Ho's" causes a national outrage lead by a "Bloviating Race Baiter" Al Sharpton...Even you're not stupid enough to miss the obvious double standards..."High fives" all around, err I mean "polite handshakes" cuz I'm a left brained Whitey...

Nah he's not rich by Jesse Jackson standards...He just lives in a 12,000 sq ft home worth over $1,500,000...The $10,000,000 line of credit (to be maintained with church funds) is just pocket money...

Minstrel is ok as long as both White and Black people do it...

  • Ok Kstone - How about this comparison

Let's compare the outrage at Imus's comments about "Nappy Headed Ho's" to the rantings of Uncle Wright's "Black Theology" inspiration - James Cone.

Now, I'm sure Jesse Jackson and The Rev Al are secretly arranging boycotts and protests against Wright for associating himself was such racist claptrap...

    From "The Best of Cone"

Black theology refuses to accept a God who is not identified totally with the goals of the black community. If God is not for us and against white people, then he is a murderer, and we had better kill him. The task of black theology is to kill Gods who do not belong to the black community … Black theology will accept only the love of God which participates in the destruction of the white enemy.”

"For white people, God’s reconciliation in Jesus Christ means that God has made black people a beautiful people; and if they are going to be in relationship with God, they must enter by means of their black brothers, who are a manifestation of God’s presence on earth. The assumption that one can know God without knowing blackness is the basic heresy of the white churches. They want God without blackness, Christ without obedience, love without death. What they fail to realize is that in America, God’s revelation on earth has always been black, red, or some other shocking shade, but never white. Whiteness, as revealed in the history of America, is the expression of what is wrong with man. It is a symbol of man’s depravity. God cannot be white even though white churches have portrayed him as white. When we look at what whiteness has done to the minds of men in this country, we can see clearly what the New Testament meant when it spoke of the principalities and powers. To speak of Satan and his powers becomes not just a way of speaking but a fact of reality. When we can see a people who are controlled by an ideology of whiteness, then we know what reconciliation must mean. The coming of Christ means a denial of what we thought we were. It means destroying the white devil in us. Reconciliation to God means that white people are prepared to deny themselves (whiteness), take up the cross (blackness) and follow Christ"

"All white men are responsible for white oppression. It is much too easy to say, "Racism is not my fault," or "I am not responsible for the country's inhumanity to the black man...But insofar as white do-gooders tolerate and sponsor racism in their educational institutions, their political, economic and social structures, their churches, and in every other aspect of American life, they are directly responsible for racism...Racism is possible because whites are indifferent to suffering and patient with cruelty."

The demonic forces of racism are real for the black man. Theologically, ,Malcolm X was not far wrong when he called the white man "the devil." The white structure of this American society, personified in every racist, must be at least part of what the New Testament meant by the demonic forces."

Please post the full unedited text of his speech and not excerpts...Then we can decide if this single speech is not racist...The rest of his garbage speaks for itself...And I'm sure there's more juicy Wright sermons yet to come...Please also read my post of Reverend Wrights "Inspiration" James Cone...

Actually Kstone...It was Wright himself that brought up Cone in his Fox News interview while trying to defend his position on Hate Sermons...He kept on repeating the question "Have you read James Cone" to fend off questions about his own hatred...So this Black Bogeyman as you say came right out of the Rev's mouth...He has also stated that James Cone is his inspiration...So Please tell me, what's you take on the words of Wright's inspriation...These are not my words...

Well I read Wrights NAACP speech and I completely agree with you...There's nothin there...Not sure where Joan is finding anything offensive...I actually found the speech to be quite well done...Maybe Joan has seen video where inflections in his voice may have come off as patronizing but I certainly didn't find anything insulting or hateful...

Obama is doomed...The folks in here are so far from the mainstream they hear echo's from the far left...Like it or not (and the lastest polls are surely showing) Obama is toast... Congrats Dem Braintrust, your record of futility is in tact...
