.........I'm about ready to emit some personal greenhouse gas of my own. Not to mention, (but I will), the length of time it took to create, write and post this article (who knows how much gas?) Multiply that by the number of people wasting energy just reading this thing; all six of them, (more gas). And you've got a recipe for global flatulence, Elsie the cow would be envious of.
100 billion bailout for a mismanaged mortgage industry at taxpayer expense, and americans react like battered wives; go figure!...... Makes Enron look like someones stolen lunch money...
Why aren't heads rolling at Freddie and Fanny?
Consider the question 'ironic', especially in light of the fact that the government has also allowed Freddie and Fanny to increase their lending limits as part of the bailout. I would have thought the axing of these CEO's, should have, in the very least, been a condition of the bailout. But instead of throwing the taxpayer a 'symbolic bone', they've decided to beat us to death with it. ....This goes beyond Republican and Democrat; it's an across the board screwing of the taxpayer.
Is this somehow relevent to anything on the planet, or did you excerpt this from Teen Beat online, and not tell us? ...... But hey, keep up the good work, and please, continue to delete those facts you find inconsistent with your sense of reality. .....You're really a funny guy.
All this is, is another vague outline with no specifics, complete with an 'elect me and I'll give you a thousand bucks' happy face. Same old election year pandering to the jokers that think the government, (that would be us), owes them a handout. What's next, free housing from John McCain?
I've been wondering the same thing, but it seems the media has become enamored with the idea of a black man running for president. As I recall, there was all kinds of speculation in the beginning questioning if Obama was 'black enough'. Apparently, popular public consensus trumps inconvenient DNA, and race has become a 'choice' also. My biology teacher would be highly amused.
What would that be; telling the truth? Expressing an opinion? Let's see if I've got this right; Limbaugh proves the Obama's campaign took the quotes totally out of context, yet somehow it's Limbaugh who's being faulted for pointing this out? Is this some kind of Bizzaro World, ass backwards moral relativism? Gee, I wonder what the reaction would have been if McCain had manufactured a phony 'Obama is a Muslim' ad ? You can't have it both ways just because it's politically convenient.
Gee, I am sorry for not toeing the company line like a good little Salonista. It must be tough for you, trying to read, and understand viewpoints that don't fit into your narrow little framework of thinking. But if it's any consolation, McCain is just a sleazy for releasing an ad in reponse to Obama's, that's equally filled with lies...........Take an aspirin if it hurts; you'll feel better....
I've read some of these 'for better or for worse' posts, and frankly they sound pretty sad. Sure, when the crap hits the old fan in any marriage, you try to make it work out. But to stick with something for years, miserable and emotionally worn out, just because society has hammered a 'for better or worse' cliche into our heads, is pretty pathetic. You wouldn't be doing anyone around you any favors, especially your kids. And you sure as hell wouldn't be showing them a damn thing about the pursuit of happiness. We tend to look at situations like this as static and fixed. We develop an 'idea' in our heads of what divorce is going to be like. Usually with the so called 'helpful' input from friends who have gone through the same thing. And that is the crux of the problem. Their divorce is as unique to them as yours will be to you... Truth is; it can be anything you want it to be. Decide to make it something good, and it will be. Money isn't the problem here. The lack of it is just an indication that you're not using your imagination. Hell, you're a writer for Gods sake! Sit down and write your story of how you want this to work out, and it will. You might even consider selling the story. ......... I believe we are here to direct our lives; to take control, and not allow ourselves to be directed by what life throws at us..... No matter what the circumstances. ............
Her "childs world" is exactly that, HER world! Guess what Nostradamous; you have absolutely no idea what effect a divorce would have had on that kid or any other for that matter. This is the kind of guilt ridden crap people have been shoveling for years. Probably force fed to you on a Sunday morning at our " Immaculate Lady of Sin, Misery and Retribution"..
Regardless of the new 'scientific' consensus on the safety of vaccines, the idiocy of injecting a known poison into a newborn with an undeveloped immune system cannot be overstated.
release multiple ads showing how inefficient the government is at running anything, from Social Security, Medicare, energy production, and border security, to the monetary system, which was taken off the gold standard in the early seventies. The problem is, Americans are too intellectually lazy to understand the ramifications of any of this, and are more concerned with party affiliations and election year handouts. National Health care run by the government? Paid for by whom? Sure, why not? Print some more money and let's really bury this country once and for all!
