@ Timothy3

----

Why should these countries assist Israel in its ethnic cleansing?

----

Your perversion of the meaning of "ethnic cleansing" does an historical injustice to every example of actual ethnic cleansing. Your tragic abuse of the English language is as damaging as Soviet-era propaganda.

Israel could've killed every last Palestinian years ago. As recently as 1998, the borders were porous, and hundreds of thousands of Palestinians crossed these borders every day, given work permits to work in Israel.

This is "ethnic cleansing"?

The borders were closed after the Second Intifada sent hundreds of nail bomb suicide bombers onto the streets of Israel. Do you remember any of this? It was all of 7 years ago, you ass-clown.

Israel had no choice but to close its borders for the safety of its people.

----

Why should Palestinians leave their own land and homes? It'd make you happy, I know, but it shouldn't come as a surprise that the Palestinians might be less than willing to do your bidding.

----

Are you aware how many Jews living in Arab lands were kicked out in 1948? Iranian Jews? Iraqi Jews?

Do you care? Have you bothered to pick up a history book and educate yourself on how many Jews were stripped of their land and had their money stolen by Israel's neighbors?

Did these Jews demand the "right of return"? Did they demand compensation? Or did they move to Israel and start over?

Why do you demand "justice" for the Palestinians but not the millions of Jews expelled from Syria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq and Jordan during this EXACT SAME HISTORICAL PERIOD?

The neighboring Arab countries refuse to let the Palestinians immigrate for a very clear reason: They don't want them.

If you want to ascribe noble motives to Egypt, Syria, Jordan and Lebanon, who block the Palestinians from resettling, go right ahead. But then you just prove you're a moron.

A better question

Can any of you provide an example of actual anti-Semitism?

Since clearly actual anti-Semitism doesn't exist, and all critiques of Israel and the Jewish people in this thread is completely justified and purely done with political context and not unhinged personal pathology.

Seriously, anyone?

Can anyone tell me what actual anti-Semitism looks like?

I realize you're all poor victims of a grand silencing campaign to misuse the anti-Semitism label.

I feel sorry for you. So unable to express your viewpoints that you must go on expressing how unable you are to express them even as you express them.

Poor you.

Even though some of your best friends are Jewish. They keep trying to silence you. You're as persecuted as poor Alberto Gonzales. You're poor victims of the war on Palestine.

I feel for you. So many trying to silence you.

Thank God there's no such thing as actual anti-Semitism dressed up to look like criticisms of Israel. That would be un-possible.

@ Chris

Chris, your response is worthless. I'm asking for an honest critique of Israel's neighbors in the plight of the Palestinians.

Not that I expect to hear anything. After all, Israel is TEH EVILLLL!!! And the neighboring countries are forcing the Palestinians to live in tiny strips of land for purely noble motives.

@ Paul Daniel Ash

I already outlined the Jew hating nonsense on this board in past posts. Go back and read if you'd like to see who I was talking about.

The reason it's pointless is you don't believe actual anti-Semitism is possible when talking about Israel, so what example could I possibly provide?

All critiques are legitimate, so your argument is as tautological as it is self-justifying.

Until you can admit anti-Semites frequently use Israel to update centuries old global conspiracy and money conspiracy theories, we'll never find common ground.

I've acknowledged legit critiques of Israel can and do exist. Glenn legitimately critques Israel even if I disagree with his critiques. Glenn is not anti-Semitic, and I'd support that contention even if he wasn't Jewish.

The hatred spewed in this thread? Much of it speaks for itself.

But God forbid I call anyone anti-Semitic. That would clearly be an attempt to silence legitimate debate. Since actual anti-Semitism doesn't exist, and can't exist.

So again I ask you.

How would an anti-Semite crique Israel? Provide me how one could identify such a statement. I dare you.

Even though I know you won't. Because if you did, you'd have to think about how words are used in political context to tap age old libel theories.
