Lifetime Who?

In answer to your question yes but I didn't even watch it. I don't watch Lifetime, don't know what it is, I would most characterize it by most of their shows put me to sleep.

Also, once you said the production companies switched. The Magical Elves know have a well honed formula of what type of personalities to cast in order to make a dramatic, interesting cast. In this Seasons Top Chef it was a little too obvious with keeping Robin in the mix for so long. The ME create tension, in TC they made Robin go in the kitchen just to get a camera shot of Michael getting pissed off about it, it had nothing really to do with anything natural.

So. long story short, the ME have their formula of what they need to do to create tension, what people to keep in to create tension and they realize that PR, TC is not about clothes or food, it is about creating a story, tension, drama. I have to say, although it is getting to the point of the obvious, they have done so many reality shows they know.

So Yes, yes PR is not the same!!!!!!!!!

Military and Therapists, Oil and Water

The powers that be don't want to hear from the likes of people like Manion. It is an authoritarian environment and they don't want anyone creating waves no matter how right the person is.

I experience this attitude in my retail environment. The store manager just does not want to hear things that may be true but are critical of any his junior managers because he selected them. Basically, the environment is his way or the highway and just shut up about everything else.

In authoritarian environments, control and compliance are the key words, as well as suck it up and don't say anything. Sad to say, the only reason the military has mental health therapists is because they are required to, not because they want to. The mental health therapists pretty much go against much of the military ethic. Therapists in the military are pretty much like oil and water.

From scanning the headlines, articles about the Fort Hood incident, this article about Camp Lejeune, it sounds like no one is really admitting the real truths, no positive change is coming out of this and the right is using it is another opportunity at shilling fear, and hatred....

Well, at least you have written an article about this particular case. That at least is a step!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't Enable Her

I wouldn't have expected anything less but as other commenters have said, you only enabled her by going on her show. I think what others have said in these comments, it is time just not to enable the Ingrahams et al, just don't go on their shows, unless you were paid for it and in this economy everybody needs a paycheck.

Fox News, Limbaugh all the Conservative talking heads are just that talking heads and it is a waste of time to think you can have a conversation.

What a bunch of hooey she is talking about. Her argument is completely ridiculous, let her look like the clown she already is...
