Kay Griggs and Roy Cohn

She is a wingnut that popped up on the radar during the Clinton administration claiming that William Colby was another of the 100s of people murdered by the Clinton's. She is just slightly less well known than Cathy O'Brien:
In her book, and a series of lectures based on it, O'Brien alleges that she was abducted by the CIA as a child and forced to participate in a mind control program named Project Monarch (said to be a subsection of historically verified MKULTRA and Project ARTICHOKE).[1][2][3][4][5]
O'Brien claims that, as part of Monarch, she was forced to serve as "a top-level intelligence agent and White House sex slave" with West Virginia Senator Robert C. Byrd working as her handler for the latter part of her time in the program. She states that she remained in the program until 1988, when she was rescued by Phillips whom she claims is a former CIA operative.[6][1][2][3][4][5]
O'Brien allegations include that her daughter Kelly (born 1980), currently a ward of the state of Tennessee, is another victim of Monarch. [6]
Of O'Brien, Gardell writes:
O'Brien claims to have been abused since she was a toddler. Forced to partake in satanic sadomasochistic child pornography movies produced for Gerald Ford, she was eventually sold to the CIA, which was looking for traumatized children for their mind-control program ... U.S. Presidents Ford, [and leaders of this and other countries] all sexually brutalized her. She recounts in graphic detail how the elder George Bush raped her thirteen year old daughter and how she was forced to have oral sex with Illuminati witch Hillary Clinton ... While being sodomized, whipped, bound and raped, O'Brien overheard the globalist elite planning a military coup in the United States and conspiring to usher in the satanic New World Order. Angels in America is a fictional portrayal of Roy Cohn. Even "teh good guys" were less than accepting of "teh gay guys" back then.
Joseph Welch, the Army's attorney in the hearings, made an apparent reference to Cohn's homosexuality. After asking a witness if a photo entered as evidence "came from a pixie," he defined "pixie" for McCarthy as "a close relative of a fairy." (Fairy was a common term for a homosexual person.) The people at the hearing recognized the allusion and found it amusing; Cohn later called the remark "malicious," "wicked," and "indecent."
