Dear Joan:

You might be biased if you believed this crap.

You might be biased if you believed Hillary was DUE the job.

You might be closed minded if you did not understand that, yes, every once in a long while, there IS an inspirational person who comes along. Yes, that person is a natural born leader. Yes, that person is usually 'young.' Yes the many try to dismiss him or her.

And yes, this year that person is Obama.

I haven't seen it since Bobby Kennedy and MLK. But, in reality we all, under the surface, KNEW they were flawed.

And, many of us knew Reagan was a really, really bad move for the country. And he was really, really a bag of air. Pure BS.

Sometimes though, what we need is inspiration and that time is now. But, please stop with the 'woman must be president' thing. It will happen. Hillary is not the only woman in America. We will get a woman there. But this is Obama's year.

And, in the worse case, if he tries any progressive ideas and fails, so what? If he shows up for work and does NOTHING, he is better than the Shrub.

Yes, I am a die-hard Obama supporter, however...

The question is not how much Hillary is spending. The question is how much the Republicans are gathering.

And socking away to attack our nominee.

The wolves are out there, circling. Rev Wright has been over kicked. Hillary and Bill have been picked on about every penny they have but McSame won't vote for a Veteran's GI bill to cover education.

We are so screwed by the government and the media. And yes, that includes Salon.

Stop picking on my guy Obama and his opponent Hillary. Go after McCain. There is gold in them thar hills.

Why McSame?

McCain won't support the new GI Bill. McCain wants a continuing war. McCain wants to give the tax breaks to the uber wealthy so the VA benefits will be really thin.

Why any military person would vote for McCain is beyond me. Support the troops my ass. Talk about a chicken voting for Colonel Sanders!

Now I get it.

" Rick Santorum told a Penn State audience, "Islam, unlike Christianity, is an all-encompassing ideology. It is not just something you do on Sunday."

So that explains everything in the Republican party. Christianity is just words that are only good in church.

Ergo, Republicans always have an escape clause.

Of course it was meant as a put down

Anyone who has ever lived where they think flying the Confederate flag is still a good thing should feel the subtle racism in this statement.

It says: "OK, there are some exceptions, even a few good looking, smart, wealthy black/biracial guys out there who are interchangable. But, in the end, we know the white men rule; who we can trust to be REALLY in charge." And McCain is either extremely stupid or he knew exactly what the speaker meant.

The message was heard loud and clear by plenty of Confederate cause believers. The spirit of the KKK lives, it just has better PR these days. And they don't burn crosses, but they let the poor and minorities die of poverty or from hurricanes.

McCain is just a hot air Republican

"Pay no attention to that man behind the green curtain. What are you going to believe, me or your lying eyes?"

McCain will drag us into Iran if Bush doesn't do it first. What is wrong with the American public that they do not see this? Are we really that blood thirsty?

Why is McCain given a free ride like this? Where are those friggin' "Support the Troops" people now?

Bush-it

First, Mr. President, there is no such thing as 'clean coal' because coal is, well, carbon. Cap and trade means the oil companies just get to put smaller companies out of business because they 'buy' their carbon emissions.

With Bush, it is the same crap, different words, same formula. Jesus H. Christ. Are Amercians so stupid to continue to believe this stuff? Luckily, no. Most of the people have been trained to watch American Idol instead.

So, Bush's legacy will be his war. You can't change it Mr. President. You will go down in history as the worst President. Ever.

Worse than Nixon. Worst than Hoover. Even worse than Buchanan. Congrats Dubya. You did accomplish something. You made it to the bottom. Just like college, the military and business. You failed. Only this time Daddy can't bail you out.

We have too. And, yes, we are frickin' bitter.

There is a Super Delegate Boren

David Boren, although he is a former Senator, is not a super delegate, he is currently serving as the President of the University of Oklahoma.

However, David Boren's son, Dan, is Oklahoma's only Democratic Congress member. Therefore he is a Super Delegate. So far, Dan Boren has not declared which candidate he is backing.

Some of us out here in this red state are betting that Dan will follow what Daddy David does.

He seems to vote exactly like his dad did. So, it could be another super delegate for Obama.

Is there a haunting of the Republicans?

Is this article a weird satire that I am totally clueless about? Or is this article supposed to be in a right wing blog by some nut job?

Are we being sent some kind of psychic waves by the Clintons? What the hell is this story about? It isn't journalism, it isn't even an opinion!

God save us all

Go ahead, ask it. When did Obama stop beating his wife? Did Hillary ever consider pulling a Bobbitt?

Meanwhile, here, Senator McCain, have a donut, with sprinkles. You are such a maverick!

Russert has fell to the lowest level, as low as Chris Matthews now, in Charles Gibson, George Stupid-oplilis territory.

They are FOX clones.

Why aren't the Democrats all over this?

The better question is: Why isn't the media all over this?

Oh, wait! McCain fed them bar-b-que. He is untouchable.
