Ah yes

The problem is the word 'think.' The people who 'think' Obama doesn't love America have never learned to 'think' for themselves.

Still, they 'think' they are all about freedom. Free markets. Capitalism. The military. As well as all kinds of other stuff they do not even know what the flip they are talking about--including the Bible.

For example, A guy at work was speaking to me, among other things, about how the capital gains tax should be repealed. So, I asked him 'What is a capital gains tax?' He was totally clueless.

But the dude believes Jesus is madder than hell and the J-man is gonna be rapturin' any day now.

And that is but one classic example of the Republican who doesn't 'think' Obama loves America.

That's all?

Where I live, the Palin believers are at least eight out of ten. They believe Palin is qualified; she is chosen by God or something. They believe she really can see Russia from her house.

Glad there are some places left in this country where sanity does exist.

Really?

If Hatch really believes this, then maybe he should consider: Health care reform is a GOOD thing. People want it. People need it. And doggone it, people LIKE it.

So, maybe, just maybe the Republican party is on the wrong side of the issue.

Talk about a DUH!!!

Ah yes

So these fat rich bastards can save a few pennies or dollars in taxes, thousands of people will die or suffer. It is hard not to despise the GOP, especially when you have a friend that is dying due to lack of health care.

The $250K cap is interesting also. Who is gonna pay for the screw ups that exceed $250K--which is very easy to do? Why, the taxpayer of course. Who else? So why not just eliminate tort claims totally? Why even bother with the Republican eye wash here? Oh, yeah. Gotta have something so the insurance companies can keep gettin' richer! Free markets!

The perfect world for these slime ball politicians would be Twilight Zone where, for all eternity, they felt the pain of the people they caused to suffer.

Sorry but Governors Races are really meaningless.

There are some states that elect Democratic governors sometimes and Republican governors sometimes. The governor of Oklahoma right now, believe it or not, is a Democrat. This whole 'who won the governor's race' is BS.

The governor's race is a beauty contest. It is about who is most likable. It is about who the local folks think they want to represent their state. It is who will pander the most to them. Remember Kansas, Texas and Arkansas elect a lot of Democrats as governors, too.

I truly believe governor's races are freakin' flukes. There is no way Oklahoma is a Democratic state. Yet, the Governor, Lieut. Gov and the AG are all Democrats. Who would believe THAT? Yet, in the reddest of red states that is the way it is. It may change next year, but as of now Democrats sit in top posts in this red blood state.

Republicans don't always win the local races. But you better believe the preachers sure will send the Republicans to Washington and to the State House and Senate. That is just the way it is.

Ever live through anything like this?

Have you ever lived through any kind of mass tragedy? Have you ever been in the middle of one of these things?

If so, then you will soon realize one thing: The main stream media is always wrong. Days, weeks, months, YEARS after the fact the main steam media is always wrong and they never correct their mistakes. They move on to the next bloody site.

Sometimes, there will be someone who comes back later and writes and in depth journalism article or someone who does actual research on an incident and get more of the facts and causes correct BUT THE MEDIA ALWAYS IS WRONG on some parts of it.

And you can bank on that.

@Bob the Carpenter

Actually, it is your god Ronald Reagan's fault. Dubya was just a very good disciple and made it ten times worse.

Timothy McVeigh wasn't a Muslim

Timothy McVeigh was raised as a Catholic. Never heard one peep out of any news media about his religion causing him to kill people--McVeigh killed many more; including babies. Let's not forget McVeigh was a Gulf War vet.

(His fellow convicted bomber Terry Nichols sits in prison now as a born again Christian.)

So, where is FOX's out cry for the "special debriefings" of Christians? McVeigh didn't get called out for his crimes because of his religion.

Of course this is why FOX is popular with many people. Hate sells because it is just as powerful as being in love and so much easier to do.

Hautfem whatever

As someone has pointed out, it is Senator Harry Reid. Of course this is a House bill and maybe the House and Senate thing is not explained on FOX. Normally it is best to ignore trolls but this is a perfect example of the health care debate.

Know plenty of tea party people, and not one of them can follow or explain anything about health care logically. They drone on and on with the Republican talking points like parrots.

If you want to mess with their minds, get a tea babbler to explain what a tort is. Never met one yet that had a clue beyond they want tort reform.

So who do you vote for?

This much I will say, I would never vote for a Republican. They are all anti-choice. I would never vote for a blue dog. I will leave the ballot blank.

If Republicans think their games are winning votes they are damn fools. Blue dogs are going down with them.
