The DNC told everyone to remove their names from the Michigan ballot. Hillary did not, saying it did not matter because the election was not going to be counted. Translated: Obama, Edwards, Dodd, and almost every other candidate followed the rules, Hillary did not. She left her name on that ballot JUST IN CASE this happened. Do not kid yourselves, the Clintons are smart.

In Florida, all the candidates were on the ballot, but Hillary was the only one well known because everyone else was ordered not to campaign there. So, she 'won.'

Obama offered to caucus, not good enough for the Clinton camp, because she lost caucuses. Of course, she had no objection to any caucuses before she started losing them, then suddenly they disenfranchised voters.

Obama offered to split the delegates. Hillary said no way, she wanted a revote. The State legislators refused. As for mail in ballots in Florida, Obama stated there was no way to accurately and timely do what had not been tested before.

Also, Michigan also had an open primary. Who could verify what Republicans and Independents had not already voted for Republicans?

Yes, it is totally screwed up. The best solution is to split the delegates half and half between the two in both states and seat them at the convention. But Hillary will have none of that.

I truly believe she just wants to bitch, no matter what is offered.

This is all about her ability to complain she was cheated out of the nomination somehow, which is total crap. She refused to settle for less than anything that wasn't weighed in her favor.

I hope at some point Obama can say: "Ok Hillary, you get your 55% in Michigan and Florida and I get the rest." That way he still can win the nomination and she should shut up. Some how though, I doubt she will. She truly believes she was entitled to be President.

I hope Obama wins. I cannot vote for McCain, so I will have to hold my nose if I have to vote for her in November.

Just this evening I was talking to a relative who complained about the endless layoffs at her company, the rising costs of health care, how her salary was stagnant while the CEO got rich, etc.etc.etc.

I said: "Good, you finally get it. The Republicans are ripping us off with their lying and unnecessary war to make a few filthy rich."

Her answer: "Good God! The Republicans are the only thing that save us. The Democrats would have driven us into the ditch by now."

You can't stop a train if you haven't a clue what an engine sounds like.

Will somebody explain why Dick Cheney's daughter is allowed to remain a member of this grotesque beast of a Republican party? Didn't she get some high level post in the federal government?

Can we just fire anybody named Monica in the White House? Makes more sense than these clowns and their actions.

Hillary refuses to seat delegates unless it is by HER rules.

The DNC is playing wimp. So what if she gets 100,000 signatures? Does she not think Obama could get that many plus more?

She needs to just shut up and let this race play out like she wants Obama to do. If she cheats her way to this nomination, the true disenfranchised voters will be ones that feel like she STOLE the nomination because of her whining about Florida and Michigan (where SHE cheated) and her manipulation of the Super Delegates.

And we are going to be really, really pissed.

Finally. We are beginning to hear about the candidate who truly is against the people and for the corporations. Finally we are starting to hear about the candidate who is supported by the REAL wing nut religious kooks.

The differences between Hillary and Obama have more to do with personality than policy. The real enemy in this race is McCain.

I am a die hard Obama supporter. But if he loses, I would vote for Hillary in a heartbeat over McCain. Because, in the end, this is what this race is really about. Getting rid of the Republican greed and cold hearted treatment of the conditions of ordinary people.

Wasn't McCain in Meridian MS earlier this week? Wasn't that ground zero for Reagan's anti-welfare campaign? And wasn't Meridian also the home of a famous grand wizard of the KKK?

Yeah, McCain gets it alright. He'll pander the the blacks an hour or so, the head on back up with the rich bigots.

Remember, even Dubya attended Coretta Scott King's funeral. The people weren't fooled why he was there. I doubt they were fooled by McCain.

On some days I imagine what he thinks of the continuing insanity and I can even smell those stinkin' Pall Malls.

Or maybe it is just the ruins of Iraq, burning.
