Original article: What did Clinton do wrong?

Arrogance, until it was too late

In this relatively poor, yet Super Tuesday state, most of the candidates came through.

I went to see all of them except Hillary. Obama was $25, Richardson was $50, Edwards just wanted any donation. He came through twice. His wife, Elizabeth also visited, no required donation. Michelle Obama came to town also, just any donation was fine.

This was all last year when Hillary had been crowned the assumed nominee. When she came to town, it was $1000 per person. My husband and I could not spare enough money to see her.

I debated back and forth between Edwards and Obama before deciding on Obama. They did not snub us little people as Hillary did for far, far too long.

And, by the way, McCain just came through town. The cost to see him? $2300 each. Now, who is the elitist in these races? Who cares about what the voters think?

Why should I have supported Hillary? I could not pay enough to even see her. She lost my vote then. It was only later, when she started losing that Bill came to town and let every one see him, any donation would be fine THEN.

I believe Obama is winning, in large part, because he asked for help from the little people. He made us feel like we matter.

Original article: Obama Veepstakes

Yes! Hillary as SCOTUS!!

I am an avid Obama supporter, but I would LOVE Hillary on the Supreme Court! She would be awesome. And, she could be there for life.

Why not? WHY NOT???

It they can support their wing nuts, we can support a brilliant woman! Hey, I want Obama for President, but I never said I did not think Hillary would not be better for another job.

As for my VP choices, I love the Gov of Kansas or Gen Wes Clark. (Gov of Kansas might be a great President someday.....)

Damn. Anyone have a position available for a news junkie who loves their country and will work cheap?

On the Supers

Hopefully, after the Denver Convention, the Super Delegate process will be eliminated.

Then we will never have this long national nightmare again.

Lush Limbaugh

Does anyone really believe this idiot can influence super delegates? These people ARE the Democratic party insiders. The super delegates--and regular delegates-- I know laugh at that gas bag!

What an idiot. And any listener that believes he influences the supers has the IQ of a rock. We know that is true, because they voted for Bush. Twice.

Rambling Rose

Your arguments make as much sense as the Clinton camps. Look at Olberman's take on this last night.

It puts it all into perspective. Translation: If you cast a vote for anyone but Hillary, it doesn't count, because some how you are in a class of people that are somehow just wrong.

Obama isn't saying Hillary voters are wrong. He is saying they just disagree. BIG difference.

About the pledged delegates

Every pledged delegate, in this state anyway, swore an OATH that they would vote for whom they were elected. This was signed before a notary when the delegates filed to become candidates to be elected for the convention.

What is this crap about they are up for graps? Who changes a sworn oath, especially in this politically charged year?

This is a myth that I have heard spoken by the Clinton camp, and obviously picked up by some in the media. Check it out Mr. Sharpio.

PLEDGED delegates are not up for grab. Would you, as someone who has worked your ass off for your candidate, switch to the other side?

The answer is obvious, unless of course you are delusional.

Joan is Pro Hillary

So, Joan thinks Hillary has gonads. None of us ever doubted that woman had guts. Balls is a terrible word.

And, now can we have a headline from Joan that is biased about Hillary? How about a NASCAR type sicker for Joan that says: Sponsored by Clinton for President.

Bill Moyers

The most brilliant analysis of Rev Wright was on Bill Moyers PBS show on May 2nd. No journalist has come close to being in his league.

He nailed this. Look up his comments. Well worth it.

Every MSM journalist alive should strive to shine that man's shoes.

Obama Speak out

Senator Obama,

Apparently America does not get it. Tell them even if Hillary is the nominee, she cannot lower the tax this summer as she will not be President. The same thing is obviously true about McCain. And, even if they were President, all they could do is propose it next year, but not this year.

What Hillary or McCain could be doing RIGHT now is putting their money where their mouth is and get in front of Congress instead of the people to present this going nowhere campaign case.

Of course, talking about reason and sense would make Obama elitist....

The word

Dragging this stuff out to club Hillary Clinton out in a guilt by association tour is totally insane, even though the guy apparently does say shit.

Should Hillary be subjected to weeks and weeks of media going over and over this stupid tape? No way. She did not say it. And even if she knew he said it, it still was not her fault. We still have freedom of speech here, well sort of.

Much ado about nothing. Like that story about a now infamous preacher.

This Poster

The poster of the letter of the week is brilliant. I am sending a link to everyone I know.

He or she nailed it. Not one so called professional journalist has came close. Not even in the ballpark, not even in the galaxy, not even in the universe.

Sick, and sicker!

Ok Joan, ENOUGH!!! Rev Wright is not George W. Bush. Rev Wright is a nobody. Thanks for putting the knife into our potential Democratic nominee.

Here is a clue: Bush started a war and killed lots of people, Wright bitched about it. BIG DIFFERENCE.
