Let's just say it

The Clinton camp is race baiting us and the MSM is eating it up. If Obama had said what she or her group had, he would be scorched earth by the media. Don't forget SHE was crowned the nominee last summer by the MSM.

The people that I know that are supporting Clinton or Obama could care less about color. Many of Clinton's supporters, however, are saying they support her just because she is a woman.

She is doing everything that give women a bad name: Crying, whining, asking "Why do I have to go first?" and sending out her famous husband and friends to do her dirty work. She wants 'do-overs' in Michigan and Florida, but only on her terms, and only after she cheated in Michigan. (Obama should insist hold an inexpensive caucus! Hillary is afraid of that.) Her surrogates also say what ever HER position is gives her the leg up for super delegates. Here is a hint Hillary: Little states count too. The nomination has to go to the one with the most DELEGATES.

Hillary, You are just acting awful. And the Republicans can't wait to show us the many ways. Obama just hasn't done it for them yet. And the real shame is, if he doesn't speak up, she might just steal the nomination.

In the end, I can't vote for McCain. But I will be ill if I have to vote for Hill.

From the flyover states

Hilllary? Yes, many Democrats still love Bill. And, many Democrats still love Hill. But mention their name to the Republicans and their faces turn red.

A sure way to get every Republican out to vote in the fly over states is to put Hillary on the top spot. If you think this doesn't have any impact on you, on the coasts or in a more liberal area, just remember this name: Senator James Inhofe.

We have an OUTSTANDING candidate in Oklahoma running against that fool this year. If Hillary sets at the top of the ticket, the religious Republicans will be out in droves to vote against her and they will also vote for Inhofe.

But, the religious zealots don't care much for McCain. The ones I know are neutral or favorable on Obama. (They are my coworkers and relatives.) Many are talking about just staying home on election day. And, after our infamous gay hater State Rep Kern this week, they might just do it, if Hillary is not on the ticket.

Of course Hillary has a down ticket impact. What a DUH! Didn't you know this already? What do you think we have been trying to tell you? Hillary hatred is good ole boy red neck past time.

Of course hating Hillary is WRONG. That is just the way it is. And Ms. Ferraro did not help yesterday.

Please! Pay attention. These little states DO count. They can really screw up the rest of the country. Help us who want to change it do so.

So, Your Uniform is Waiting Along with the Jock Strap

There are several leaders in Iraq that are your age. Kings used to go into battle, and you think you are King George.

We are watching. We might just pretend to like you and cheer for you.

Then again, NAH.

But go anyway, Dubya. Enjoy your mess, look at your disaster. Savour that excitement. And bring your big checkbook to pay for your play in the sandbox.

Obama/Hillary Polls

In the end, I will vote for the nominee. Although I much prefer Obama, if it is Hillary, I will just shut up and vote. I will never, never, never vote for one of those war making, religion pushing, right wing Justice appointin' Republicans.

And those people screaming about Rev Wright or Hillary's bullet dodgin' weren't voting for anyone but (fill in the blank Republican this time it is: McCain) anyway.

Please, can we have some real news now?

Original article: Buff up your brain

Just a thought

A 95 year old relative plays simple word game puzzles, crosswords, etc. He also has one glass of wine or beer a day, just before bedtime.

He is one of the most clear thinking, sharpest people I know. He takes no medication--except an occasional sleeping pill--still drives a car, can out walk most people twenty years younger and has a positive outlook on life.

He recently admitted that gay people are alright. OK, his favorite niece admitted she was a lesbian, but I digress. He also refuses to let any religious dogma dictate his life, but he is a very generous, kind hearted person.

This man was a rancher, and did not graduate from college. He just kept his mind active. He only recently moved into a retirement center because he was a bit lonely after his spouse passed away. The most active, clear headed elderly people there all seem to participate in puzzle solving. I found that interesting.

So, who knows? Maybe word solving helps. But I don't think we need fancy, over priced brain fitness programs. It is just like exercise. Simple walking will really do the trick too.
