  • Why wait?

[Read the article: Clinton won't release tax returns yet]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

By not posting those returns, it is causing more debate than it should. It makes me think, hmm. What IS she hiding? If she just posted the damn thing, I probably would not have gave it a second thought. Why wait until the Republicans can chew you up?

I figure I am a pretty average Democrat. If I am thinking this, then there probably are plenty more Democratic voters with the same question.

  • Colbert and Huckabee

[Read the article: Quote of the day]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

    Chuck who?

  • Another debate?

[Read the article: "Maybe he'd prefer to give speeches"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

The same old questions, the same old answers. At the last debate, Hillary just kept droning on and on and on. If anyone timed her answers, they must have been at least twice as long as Obama's. At this point, I believe she will just try to go negative. What has she got to lose?

Unless we get new questions, with simple, equal time answers, what is the point? I could answer their health care and war points by now. And I am certainly not a politician. Most people have stopped listening.

Please, just get this mess over. The longer it drags out, the more time McCain gets to throw rocks at the Democrats.

That is not good for any of us.

  • A week is a year in politics

[Read the article: Edwards leaning toward endorsing Clinton? Or maybe Obama?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

My John Edwards supporting friends are already splitting for Hillary or Obama.

If he is going to endorse, he better do it fast. His supporters are drifting away; his political endorsement will soon become meaningless, except for the delegates he already has.

  • No, I'm not an attorney

[Read the article: CNN's John Roberts helps out Mike McConnell]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

"But is it also important from your perspective to keep the prying eyes of attorneys who are launching these lawsuits away from uncovering information about the program as they go through the discovery process"

Even a lay person like me knows when the Constitution is ripped up. (Loud Scream) When are all the rest of the Americans beyond us going to say ENOUGH ALREADY??

  • O'Lie-Lee

[Read the article: Bill O'Reilly's tortured logic]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Can we waterboard O'Reilly now? Can we discover the truth? Is he really that stupid?

  • Atonement

[Read the article: Oscar, are you listening?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Usually, I find epic romances at least acceptable for the genre they are.

Not Atonement. Nice color, nice filming, lousy movie. Read the book.

  • Oh Hillary

[Read the article: Clinton's "win-at-all-costs strategy"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

The individuals that I know serving as delegates could not be bought and sold, they are committed to their elected position, be it for Hillary or Obama.

It insults those delegates (most who have worked hard to get their candidate elected) to even hint that they would change their votes.

Politics is one thing, but to question the voters, be they ordinary or elected delegates is another.

Simmer down now, Hillary. Simmer down.

  • On McCain

[Read the article: Limbaugh: Liberals -- can't live with 'em, can't shoot 'em]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Frankly, I don't give a damn who McCain has sex with, as long is it is another consenting adult.

After all, it is not exactly like we did not know McCain was a womanizer, uh, does anyone not know how he dumped his first wife for Cindy and her money?

But what I DO care about is how easy this fool is bought off. A little sex, and he will change legislation, lie to the American public and rip off anyone to repay his friends.

The real sex is we are getting screwed. And I don't know of any one who was consenting in THAT relationship.

  • To hell or not

[Read the article: Are you going to hell?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

As someone who grew up in the evangelical world, I eventually quit believing any of their teachings. It just did not work.

How many years can you hear the same empty words over and over? How long does fear keep you enchained? How many years until you think that it is all rhetoric? Jesus saves what? (Sound familiar?)

I truly believe most of the people still in church from my childhood are closeted non-believers. They just are afraid to accept what they really think. They refuse to question what they know. Many are depressed, tired or sick. Some just turn mean and use it as an excuse to hate others.

Many of us are free now, only because we learned to let it go. The real hell is living this life afraid of the next one. And refusing to acknowledge this may just be all there is.

    Carpe diem.

  • Turnabout

[Read the article: Clinton campaign: Forget what we said earlier]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

How about if Hillary doesn't win every state left she doesn't deserve to be the nominee?

  • Gbarton, why do you think it is HRC?

[Read the article: Let 'em duke it out]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Just because her husband Bill is calling every super delegate in the country? Just because the Clintons want to RUN everything?

In the end, I will vote for the Democratic nominee. After GWB, I could never vote for any Republican, ever, ever again.

Now, will someone please tell Hillary to stop it? PLEASE? This in party bickering is just making McCain paste on that "I win by default!" smile.

Hillary, you may win. But you won't have the support of most of the people, and will be as despised as Bush if you don't straighten up your act really quick. It will be deadlocked as it was with your husband. (Obama, are you listening?)

Show some damn class, woman! Or we will get more Bushit for years and years.

  • Anybody from the remaining states out there?

[Read the article: Clinton camp uses "monster" comment for fundraising appeal]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

If you have not yet voted how is this affecting YOU? Are you pissed at HRC? Does her crying make you want to vote for her?

Those of us who have already voted have no say, but what about those of you who have not yet spoken? Please tell us what you, not some MSM person thinks.

Are you for Senator Obama or Senator Clinton?

PS If you are undecided the correct answer is Obama ;)
