And what makes you think Sanford won't screw the whole country? He has screwed over South Carolina, especially the poor.

Schools in some areas are in shambles, while Sanford turned down stimulus money. Of course, he was getting his own 'stimulus.'

Stanford is just another self-righteous Republican. They will screw any woman (or man) they want, claim they are forgiven by Jesus, then turn around and screw the public in any way possible. And lie about it. And talk about Bill Clinton to cover their own crap.

Of course, in the mean time, they line the pockets of themselves and their rich corporate sponsors. And no, I don't believe all Democrats are better. I have just seen several that are, some that I truly believe are TRYING to help. I can't find any Republican that I like. This is the worst group of trained, paid Republican dogs in history in Congress.

I actually felt a little sorry for Sanford at first, now I just see what he is up to: The typical Republican 'Sweet Jesus I sinned and please let me talk about it on FOX' charade. And he was good, really good.

But, now I get it: All Republican politicos are soul mates. Machiavellian soul mates.

These people in their marriage failure and shame fame are remaking their comeback. It is obvious that Ms. Sanford wants the world to understand that SHE forgave her husband now we, as good Christians, should do the same, too.

How else is ole Mark gonna run for President? After all, is he any worse than Newt? McCain? Rudy? Any number of other Republicans who are/have been running for President who dumped their wives for another woman? At least Mark came home. Like Jesus, Jenny will forgive.

And, in a couple of years, watch the spinmeisters talk about the 'strong' marriage of the Sanford's, how this trial brought them closer together, and yes! Romance sprang anew! Jesus saved! Lordy, lordy, you can fall in love well after forty!

They are in love again! Mark Sanford will be the model for men who have the wandering eye. He can lead American men who have been waylaid by wanton women!!

This guy is weird, I have seen him on several shows including "60 Minutes." He calls Osama "Usama" and has been mad at Bill Clinton for years for not nuking bin Ladin. Nuclear winter be damned, this guy wants to turn the middle east to glass.

Sometimes I believe those like Scheuer and Beck have a weird death fetish wish for any American city they aren't in. They themselves wouldn't do any actual acts of live terrorism, but they would get on some kind of happy train and say "See I told you so!" It really isn't about politics anymore, it is about them getting their jollys by watching bombs go boom in American cities to prove they are right. Then they would be FAMOUS, FAMOUS, for predicting it.

Well, Dubya took less time than any recent President to start attacking his successor. (BTW, whatever happened to his 'ranch?')

And how long did it take Georgie Boy to miss the 'love' of the wing nuts, six months? Must be a record for any of the current elected Republicans, they seem to need a daily dose of hate mongers and extremists around them.

Dear Mr. President,

If you are leaving the LGBT community out in the cold because of the Republicans, it doesn't matter, they hate you and always will.

Treat LGBTs fairly, and you will win many, many more hearts and minds that you will lose.

As it is, you are losing support of some of your biggest backers by pandering to the right. And frankly it is so disappointing and sad.

You still have time. You have the opportunity to be one of the greatest Presidents ever by recognizing we are all truly equal.

Just do it.
