Original article: Bush withdraws nominee

Nice to live in Oklahoma

Here in Oklahoma, not one word of this appeared in our 'state' newspaper or our television media.

We are kept informed, of course, of the terrible time the liberals give poor George Bush. Freedom and liberty are still on the march in Iraq, too.

Thank God or Al Gore or whomever for the internet.

It ain't Hillary Babe

As I sit in the middle of one of the reddest of the red States in Bible belt America, I can tell you Hillary will lose if she wins the Democrats nomination. In this state, our "moderate" Democrats would vote for Dubya (if he could run again) over Hillary.

Good God, I would love to see a woman as President! Hillary may be the best qualified, but the Republicans could run Pat Robertson and win against Hillary in Bible belt America. And we all know it is those electoral votes that count.

Another woman, maybe. But not Hillary.

Original article: Bill Frist's sad song

Dr Wacky Tom Coburn

Don't forget about our fine Oklahoma Senator's other special notable statements:

He believes in the death penalty for doctors (or anyone else) who perform abortions. (Pay no attention to the fact that he performed plenty himself. Details! Details!)

Dr. Tom can read minds. He told Tim Russert on "Meet the Press" that he can always tell when someone is lying.

BTW, as far as we Okies know, those lesbians in Oklahoma schools must have moved to Kansas or something. Our teenage birthrate is pretty high. But, maybe not. Dr. Tom says teenage pregnancy is part of the homosexual 'agenda.'

There is much, much more....

Now, what was that about crazy doctors in the Senate?

What do we do?

Other than contact our worthless Congressmen and Senators, what do we do?

Any ideas? Some of us have screamed about this for years. Nobody is listening. What the hell can we do? Was this what people felt like in the 1930s?

Did anyone care then?

Where is Oklahoma's Inhofe?

Wonder why Time did not honor James "There is no global warming" Inhofe as one of the worst?

Is the field just that competitive on the way to the bottom?

Come to think of it, add Oklahoma's Tom "Execute the Abortionist" Coborn, too.

Yet the others are worse? No wonder this country is in so much trouble.

Well, this SHOULD be on their list..

"Please allow me to introduce myself, I'm a man of wealth and fame... Pleased to meet you, hope you know my name..."

Who defines the Repug values better than that old songster Mick Jagger?

Oops.

Make that that Osama was NOT Sunni.

Propaganda is that which is not told/

Is sometime worse than what we are sold.

Keep on talking

The major paper in this red state still pretends Bush is a hero. This is still generally Republican la-la land. FAUX news is still the most trusted source. (What do you expect from a state that spawned both Senators Inhofe and Coburn?) But there are doubters! Finally, I only see about one Bush/Cheney sticker a day now.

Point is, what all the so-called liberal, subversive press was reporting two or three years ago is sooner or later hitting mainstream. Damn that liberal truth!

Even some of my right wing nut relatives are finally starting to GET it. One of them recently finally figured out Sadaam did not attack America on 9/11!

Maybe there is hope.....

Will's Column

George Will has been given too much air time. He is a typical Republican hypocrite posing as a journalist.

As for Hillary, those of us in the fly-over states see plenty of hatred for her. It is real, and cannot be explained. The person that called her a bitch was saying what a lot of people out here feel.

If you ask them why they think she is a bitch, they don't have an answer, it is usually something like "She just is!"

It makes me ill. I wish her well, but she is in for a blood bath next year. The loons will be out and the hatred will be thick. Down ticket Democrats will suffer in the red states. The Republicans are licking their chops about it now.

I think I will just hibernate for a year.

Proof

Actually, the Devil and Jesus as brothers is a novel point, as a thought game. Who was Lucifer's mother? Who else did God have sex with? Was He committing adultery or did he have mulitple wives? Who performed those wedding ceremonies? Does God live on a planet like the Mormons do? Are there multiple Gods in alternate universes? Why does God care about your sex life when he does what he wants, after all, He produced the devil and all the evil? How can anyone believe any of this weirdo stuff?

Does anyone else think Joel Osteen looks like Joseph Smith? Kind of like computer guys, maybe these religious slickos look alike, no matter what century they lived in.

As for the president, the first candidate to stand up and say "I don't know anything about any God, and it isn't my job" wins.

No more

"The best thing would be for the entire Middle East to become a WMD-free zone."

No. The best thing would be for the entire WORLD to become a WMD-free zone. And that includes us.

Why should the rest of the world trust US when we elect war-wongering, torture justifing Presidents?

If we took the money spent this country on nukes and spent it on science, for example, we could cure cancer, aids, heart disease, etc. etc.

Maybe even find a cure for arrogance and stupidity.
