John McCain, who's mostly supported immigration reform measures.
Actually, the last I heard, McCain said he would no longer vote in favor of his own immigration bill.
But it can be hard keeping up with his positions, they do change a lot.
There have been no state polls in tossup states since the Dem. convention ended, because of the Labor Day weekend.
This map represents the race as it stood when McCain and Obama were basically tied in national polls. Even then, some other sites have Ohio, Nevada, Virginia, Montana in Obama's column, not McCains.
Now that Obama has opened a significant lead of 5 to 9 points (I've seen 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 today) in National polls, the electoral vote map will change as those individual states are polled.
I would guess - NV, OH, VA, MT, maybe FL, ND, and NC will likely all lean toward Obama.
But, have you ever seen these churches where people speak in tongues and "drive out demons?" It's really bizarre. It reminds me of the way, when I was a child, me and my friends would play pretend games and sometimes convince ourselves they were real. Like we saw a UFO, or Joe's basement is haunted, for real.
I don't understand why you'd put Richardson on the loser list. Explanation please.
His presidential bid didn't go anywhere, but wasn't really expected to. He endorsed Obama early and now he's being considered for Secretary of State from what I've read elsewhere.
in Texas, where Democrats in the minority ousted House Speaker Tom Craddick by backing a more moderate Republican Joe Strauss, who got a few Republican votes from the ABCs (anybody but Craddick) and all the Democratic votes.
Obama made hundreds of promises during the campaign, you dig up three - on relatively minor issues, one of which was made five years ago, not when he was running for president, and you think you've spotted a trend?
complaining that the press has a "different standard for me," I'm convinced she'll quit the GOP and run for president as head of Sarah Palin's Pity Party.
