Tom Wolfe is a Genius

[Read more letters about this article: Here]Ok. So, a group of black thugs with prior assault charges in their pasts are inaccurately charged by the prosecuting attorney. Is this really an occasion for the start of a new civil rights movement? When are we blacks going to STOP DEFENDING CRIMINALITY? This spectacle, coupled with the spectacle of the Duke rape hoax, leads me to despair over our future as a people. Must we always be in search of “The Great White Defendant, Redeemer of Black Rage”. And here we have Ms Kaplan giving a big “Right On” to this asinine gesture. A couple of white high school students hang two nooses from a tree and BLACK PEOPLE LOSE IT! Oh the pain of it! Meanwhile, three black college students are slaughtered in Newark NJ, by a group of illegal aliens (one of them awaiting trial for child molestation) and the black mayor of that city seems to think that anything but racial animus motivated the killers. We hear NOT ONE PEEP from Jesse Jackson, Rev Sharpton, or Ms. Kaplan regarding this incident.
What next? Maybe OJ Simpson will make an appearance in Jena and get a NACCP image award. I take back every negative thought I ever had about Tom Wolfe. That man is a genius!

Really? I didn't know that. So, all of those good liberals who send their children to all white public and private schools are definitely not racists. And those same whites who clamor for more unrestricted immigration from third world countries in the hope that they will replace blacks aren't racists either. Nope! These non-racist liberal whites just happen to use blacks as props in their status competition with white Christians to see who is more "enlightened", so long as they themselves aren't inconvenienced. Liberal = non-racist my ass!
