Seems like the problems are big enough that they might warrent some big thinking; in other words, more of the same old, same old is KILLING US and our chances of actually surviving the future. Wasn't that kind of the point that Oblah-blah-some-more-man was so inspiring about?
People keep saying not fair to criticize....he's let us down at some magnitude of a pretty high order. What it looks like is it's way past time to opt out of the one party monopoly that our political class offer. The question is, what to turn to and how to make change happen without the corporate powers that be - the media, among others - filtering out any possibility of accountablity. Like, say, the internet before they wrestle that away from us.
