Some of the practitioners are connoisseurs of the first order, and some of the best ranters I've ever seen. What follows is an excerpt of the Master Ranter, Francis E. Although I do not know what Mr. Dec's political affiliation is (or was), it is apparent that views on politics have not changed that much in the twenty years since this was written.
