Here in NC a high school student was convicted of a 4th deg sexual assualt felony for bra snapping a fellow student. Men (and women) are routinely locked up for statutory sex crimes, e.g. being 18 having sex with someone 18 months younger. Or vague claims of date-rape. And so on.
