With blackmail. With graft. With murder. It is truly survival of the fittest. The games are for children. When you can lose $500 Million and not have it affect your net worth you doing it. When you playing a board game it is entirely different. Modeling, forecasting, predicting is all fine, well and good but the real game is where decisions are made. Not in some academic environment with people who will never have financial wherewithall to do so. Mark Rich came from very meager beginnings to be a "metal man", as did Deuss and a few select others. Bank on them, not the academics.

Now, when you get a divorce (and you will!) it's going to be very expensive and you will pay alimony forever. She is at an age where her marketability is very limited and she will milk your wallet like a cow extracting all the cash she can. You need to be very nice, plan the next 6-9 months an ambush divorce. While planning compartmentalize all your assets, get a mail drop, build up cash, get a different voice mail/cell phone. Interview and sub out all the "A" family law attorneys within 20 miles (Remember, the legal profession is very clubby, use that!) and select one that is very good. She won't be able to retain the ones you sub out. Be a fucking man. It is over, it never was. You don't need to be married. You fucked it up the 1st time, she fucked it up 2 times before she met you and you still did it. Grow up. Take action. Be secret, then strike. Don't be emotional. Remove all things of value over a period of time and store them, quietly and secretly. Make copies of all documents and/or remove all originals. Force the bitch's "C" attorney to subpeona them. Put her on the defensive. Strike only when ready.

Better to properly plan and execute the exit and limit the financial damage. Divorce, when done right, is only unwinding a business deal gone bad to limit the losses. This guy has allowed himself to be whipped for more than a decade. It is his fault he has stayed. Never stay for the children, it's not helping them.

She could claim, falsely, that he assaulted her. He would be arrested and she will have won. This exit requires planning and deviousness, preparation and proper execution. The objective is to negotiate with your foot (figuratively speaking) on her fucking throat. It will make her much more compliant in the divorce. Assume the worst, it usually happens that way.

Please, do your research before you open you piehole and spew goo. Until the 10th year a man can be ordered to pay alimony for 1/2 the duration of the marriage. After the 10th year the law provides that he pay alimony until he is dead, she is dead or she remarries. In the State of Washington a man can legally be ordered to pay child support if he cohabitates with a woman who has children (that are not his!) and breaks off the relationship. There are other states with lifetime alimony as well including Florida, Oregon, and several other states. After the division of assets, in absence of a prenuptial agreement, the other party should be on their own. In California, if you are married more than 10 years the Court can and may invalidate the prenuptial agreement, if there is one and divide the man's assets. For that matter paternity fraud should be a crime, punishable by prison and fine, in all states. Funny, how it is only "liberated" women who profit from these issues.
