I don't blame mirages (like the "patriarchy") and tilt at windmills. I deal in facts. All too often people of extreme positions such as you, whether far right or far left, refuse to accept logic, pragmatism and reason. This woman is fat, plain and simple. Obesity is the #1 health problem in America. It is largely by choice. It is largely correctable. Obesity has increased 400% in the past 25 years. I have never been overweight and don't engage in lifestyle habits and choices that contribute to it. It is called self control and a degree of discipline. There is no such thing as a "BBW" (big beautiful woman?) as it is an oxymoronic term. The solution is simple. Eat less and be more active. Yes, Salma Hayek is overweight and has a big dumpy ass. As she became older it became bigger and so did her breast implants. One does not counteract the other. If YOU have a problem with your weight, quit bitching and carping at other people because YOU have a problem. Being fat means you don't give a shit about yourself. Fat people ARE NOT entitled to special consideration or benefits. This is not a handicap. It is a fucking choice. The subject of this article is fat, end of story. Fat is neither sexy nor attractive. It can be changed, but only if you wish to do something about it. Otherwise shut it.

In the Duke case many were all to willing to put stupid signs up to "castrate" etc the accused and accept the DA's version and Crystal Gail Mangums version(s) at face value. Hell, even the idiot, pathetic "Group of 88", academics at Duke and other universities have continued to refuse to admit they were wrong ignoring the obvious facts and evidence. It would be wise for the facts, rather than emotion and stupidity, to be revealed. If there was a rape these men should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Better to be sure of the facts before leaping to assumptions that can't be retracted. It is fact that there rape is a crime of violence. It is a fact that a percentage of claims of rape are indeed false. At surface level this appears to be a case of rape, but better to be sure and obtain all the facts rather than leap headlong and, possibly, be forced to retract. Why is it that the extreme left and right can't look at issues and events based on the prima facia evidence and facts but prefer to engage in gross hyperbole? Try waiting before saying something you may be retracting later. As you have seen dumbshits like Karla Holloway, Kim Curtis, Houston Baker and other fools are so entrenched they can't admit they were completely wrong. When you are in a hole you don't keep digging. Part of logic and reason involves admitting when the facts don't support your position.
There may be a gang rape here. If there is prosecute.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]that holding everyone to the same standard is anti-woman unless, of course, you don't like to be held to the same standard or feel that it is unfair to be held to the same standard. I wholly support equal protection under the law, to be applied equally and without special consideration. I am well aware that it is not applied that way and that special consideration is provided to women. It doesn't bother me as I would not put myself in a position to be negatively affected by it. But it is true.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]will ALWAYS be some level of duplicity, self-dealing, cronyism, incompetence, etc. It is the nature of politics, no matter what side of the aisle you are on. You only hope that it is not too much and that the voting public will be smart enough to remove the elected officials when they demonstrate they can't be trusted, as many republicans found out in November of 2006. If there is one area that, ideally, should be above any political machinations it is the ranks of professional prosecutors, at all levels. We all know this is not the case. There will always be those who are corrupt (see Paul McNulty, Monica Goodling, Sampson, Mike Nifong, Tony Raukakaus, etc.) and the objective is to marginalize them as much as possible before they do too much damage. There is enough fault to go around everywhere. The only logical recourse here is for the State AG, Edmond Brown, to investigate. This may insure a proper accounting and evaluation of the evidence, on it's merits. There will always be someone unhappy or dissatisfied with the outcome, no matter how unreasonable or illogical their position may be.
