Steve Martin was never REALLY funny. Think about it - mildly amusing, sometimes slightly clever, but never really funny.

The "war" in Iraq, bullshit tax cuts for the rich, no regulation for his rich wall street buddies. Bush did NOTHING. Nothing he did was a STIMULUS to the economy as a whole. Nothing he did created jobs and especially not new jobs. He only stimulated the pockets of the already rich people and already rich corporations. He pissed shitloads of money away.

What Obama is doing is different. He HAS TO SPEND TO STIMULATE THE ECONOMY. There is nother way to stiimulate the economy. Putting money in rebuilding infrastructure, etc, creates JOBS and the people who get those JOBS can pay their mortgage, BUY THINGS to stimulate the economy.

Anyone who doesn't get the difference is an idiot.
