However, I don't think with the current US Supreme court, even if Obama gets to appoint 3, it will still be 5 to 4 conservative, with that prick Scalia basic his opinions, like all of his, on personal belief. I'm honestly hoping for Scalia to kick off. People should not stand in the way of clear, fair progress and the protection of basic rights for all.

I also think the problem withe Prop 8 was bad wording - the YES needs to be FOR marriage for all. It was confusing with the NO vote meaning "i'll vote no to say yes to gay marriage." And I think their commercials (the No commercials) were poorly done.
