  • About those "various factions"...

[Read the article: Carville says Obama is likely nominee]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Carville wants this to go on, knowing the damage it will do to Obama, the 'bitterness' welling up in the Democratic party and to the Clinton's future.

What's wrong with that picture? Something smells, Mr Carville. Because real Democrats believe in our adversarial role and will never again pander to the Lieberman wing of the Democratic party. We stand on the side of justice and equality for all and no longer we we serve the few.

    Because to go on:

    a. Hillary can kiss her Senate re-election goodby, and

    b. many Democrats will NEVER forget who went to which side, and for what reason, and

    c. many who took a part in such devisive factioneering will find themselves targeted until their driven out of office.

I've just dropped my support for a new candidate for my own district particularly because of how he played a part in this Democratic race war.

    We are NOT unified, anymore.

  • Lets cut the crap and get to the real point...

[Read the article: Clinton "more determined than ever to carry on this campaign"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Clinton's 'victory' should be looked at as a shallow and hollow one to the Democratic party, but more to the Super D's.

I see the media is reveling in this "Oh woe is Obama for being so bad as to not get the white working class."

Go for it Matthews and Blitzer, all you want, because statistics tell an very unpleasant story.

    -Clinton won by over 40 points= +40

-John Kerry, a white veteran, lost WV by 20 points= -20

    -25% said race was a key factor = -25

NET TOTAL = +5 FOR Obama

The loss Ms. Nora O'Donnell and Ms. Stephanie Tubbs Jones, had nothing to do with Obama the man, or the candidate, and you damn well know it.

And to Ms. Hillary - a McCain and Obama race will not be looked at in such stark terms of black/v. white/ or rich v. poor terms as youare pushing on the public!

Now if the Democratic super D's want to gather 'round the new Mrs. Duke, the Democratic party is finished, and the world will suffer for it.

  • A little too late..

[Read the article: Edwards endorsing Obama]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

If he really cared he would have gone to West Virginia, or Pennsylvania or .. how about North Carolina.

An unhelpful and opportunistic move, I'd say.

  • The Clinton's played the FOX card ...

[Read the article: Division in Democratic ranks?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

..and have successfully earned the Fox viewers respect, and votes.

But, also like Fox, have sold what remained of their souls and are pariahs to everyone else in the Democratic party and beyond, for their vivid quest do or say anything for the 'ratings' game:

"..But you know, the real goal for our country right now is to get beyond partisanship, and I'm sure trying to do my part, because we've got a lot of serious problems that we're trying to deal with," she said.

The New York senator then went on to say that she wants to discuss the substance of issues —like her latest health care plan — rather than just attack the other candidates.

Hillary Clinton, to Fox News, September 24, 2007, when she was considered the "front runner".

  • CNN are hard line pro-war shills..

[Read the article: CNN reports Clinton, Obama camps in talks]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

CNN goes into a "detailed account", of the talks, while other channels are reporting the Clinton campaign is accusing the Obama campaign of spreading such rumors - and that they have NO interest in the VP slot?

Sounds like a new version of the Judith Miller planted news scam -only it's now it's CNN taking Miller's place, rather than the NYT.

A trick both Clinton's and SNL used to their detriment.

    1. No way in hell, will Obama EVER bring on board the very symbols of diviseness and corruption as represented by the New Reformulated Team Clinton.

    2. To spread such lies and rumors, CNN deliberately gives Team Clinton an opening to launch attacks against Obama -for refusing to name this poor mistreated 'woman', as a VP.

The public's growing dislike and distaste for the Clintons to ever come near the White House again, is now turning into a pathetic plea for someone -anyone - to put this embarrassing spectacle of these "politicians gone wrong" out of their miseries.

  • Lieberman and the Clinton's - did Bush brainwash them or ..

[Read the article: Biden responds to Lieberman's attack]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

..are we finally seeing the hidden knife stuck in the backs of the real Democratic party all these years?

The ranks of the Democratic party have declined faster than the Republican party for the last decade - since the Clinton's came into office.

Is Lieberman prepared to argue those losses are because we didn't have Joe Liebermans' in the party? Hardly.

The 'activists' Hillary and Joe both slam, are true Democrats who either (a.) are active anti- war doves or (b.) are true Democrats somewhat hawkish but as strong in the use of diplamtic might, who will not falter on their core beliefs and principles.

What the country is now rejecting, by growing margins every day, are the panderers in the middle who sell out either side for the benefits gained in that moment.

This is a historical, hysterical and course changing campaign season.

Watching these two old titans from the past trying to convince the world we'll all die without their counsel and leadership, is a sad reflection of once great leaders just not accepting that as they've aged the country has matured and grown bold enough to set out on a brave new course with.

And are going, or without them.
