Look deeper, Rebecca
[Read the article: Undecided '08: Should I vote for Clinton or Obama?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I'm a grandma, a mom and a small business person.
Our family used to travel, and our states jobs and businesses relied on extra foreign tourist dollars who spent heavily throughout our communities. That's all gone. My daughter fears traveling overseas now in her new job. I fear for her.
Hillary Clinton has and will contribute to more of that.
She voted for that horrendous Bankruptcy bill -to the delight of her New York business donors, the credit card companies and the Republican party. Do you know some of the new rules in that bill Rebecca? They stripped out a judges right to stop families from being evicted when they have to file Bankruptcy. How viscious and cruel!
She is divisive and a hard liner when it comes to our foreign policy/use of the military. Her pro-war vote, her anti-Iran sanction vote, her refusal to be willing to talk to those who disagree with us, all point to the kind of person she really is- more like George Bush.
But here's the kicker, and why I refuse to ever vote for her: when the majority of Democrats, including Obama, tried to pass legislation placing a moratorium on the use of cluster bomb use on civilians only, Hillary joined with all of the Republicans and a few Dems to defeat the bill.
Do you know what cluster bombs do? They explode into thousands of other tiny toylike bomblets that can stay live in the soil for decades. And it's almost always children and innocents that find them later causing horrible injuries.
Senator Feinstein was the one who sponsored that bill and had every world humanitarian organization, including the Red Cross, behind her in support.
Hillary, the one who wants to our first woman President, this poor tearful mother, actually crossed party lines to insure that the US could keep using those horrenous weapons.
When I put a woman in that seat, I want a woman who thinks about all of the world's children. Not just her own. That's the kind of leader that will bring respect and tourist back to this country.

The fuzzy mathematicians are baaaack!
[Read the article: Team Clinton: Obama's now the establishment candidate]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Only in a sinking pro-Clinton media market would anyone attempt to call an upset victory of 13 to 9, a draw.
Every headline -'move along -nothing to see here.'
Oh, it's only the delegates that really count so the massive voter turnout, and the voters should have just stayed home -because it's the delegates that really matter, after all?
But they blasted her 'win' in Florida in the headlines too, with no delegates.
This is now a real war, in case the Clinton's or their friends don't get it.
The country is uniting in one major respect -we don't want the Clinton's.
And in case the 'super-delegates' get any ideas, if they try to undermine the voters -I guarantee them the Democrats will lose the Presidency, the House, the Senate and the Clinton's will have turned into bigger despots and enemies of the people than Joe Lieberman or George W. Bush.
Take that to the bank, Bill.

Super delegate insiders the new Supreme Court of 2008?
[Read the article: Where the presidential race goes from here]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Prepare yourself voters.
It's not the number of states or the number of voters ahead that matters really, because the next primaries will likely take us along the same trajectory as we are now, only it will be May.
So let's cut to the chase. It's May or June, Obama retains a slight lead -and the the super delegates must decide the outcome. They were born for just this moment in time. Their purpose? To 'stop the masses'. And the masses as perceived by the originators are the Obama supporters.
So just as any good lawyer looks to the ideology of the judges, we must look to the ideology of the 'super' deciders.
(This is so exciting, I'm about to use a word for the first time from childhood spelling bees over 40 years ago!!) Obama supporters represent a somewhat antiesatablishmentarianism point of view, akin to Governor Deans' 50 state strategy en masse - and with a clear leader. Clean out the party and our politics from the ground up.
Party insiders didn't like Dean and didn't like his 'grass roots' crap, as they proved by giving Dean the boot the minute they got the keys back to the Congress.
They must and more than likely will, by their inherent lust for power and control, give it up to a fewwow insider, Hillary Clinton.
And Clinton will demand MI and FLA delegates are seated.
Dean recently said that decision will be, not up to her, but to a committee of 25... a committee of 25 made up of -you guessed it- more party insiders.
And they will strip Obama of his valiant and righteous victory.
That's what they were destined to do.

It's too late to matter..
[Read the article: Whither Edwards?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]This is such a no-brainer to everyone but Edwards, and the media.
Edwards entire platform was based on "status quo" and "lobbyists" and "corporate greed", and the struggles of his poor roots.
If Edwards gives it 'the Clinton's' -because it's damn well very clear to all he won't be giving it to just Hillary -it will do nothing but prove John was just a showboatin' attorney after all.
The entire country is in a nationalistic spring cleaning kind of mood mood right now -Hillary and Edwards just don't fit into their ideas of a newer and brighter world.

Paul, look into my eyes ...you're getting ...sleepy...
[Read the article: Paul Krugman criticizes Obama supporters]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]..sleepier. Paul, can you hear me? When I snap my fingers you will stop squaking like a chicken and will wake up speaking ONLY Arabic.
SNAP!

This is such a no brainer..
[Read the article: Your presidential candidate: Hot or not?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]As a @# year old woman who loves James Brown, the B-52's, Disneyland and Barack Obama, even if I was gay I would not **** Hillary Clinton.
For further proof you need only notice the number of blubbering older women running to Hillary versus the numbers of older men running away to Barack and his armies of hotties.
White men aren't flocking just to him, for him - they're escaping those damn blubbering older women!
VIVA LA LIBERACIONE!
VIVA OBAMA!
