So much of your article "America's necessary dark night............" is true. However, your main error which leads you to BLAME THE VICTIMS: you, me, us, we the people, MAIN STREET, is when you say:

My background is in finance, health education, and alternative health care. So believe me when I say that I feel your pain when you are trying to educate the uneducated & undereducated knowing that our collective survival depends on a knowledgable electorate. For decades I've tried to convince people to quit smoking, lose weight, eat right & exercise: without success. The only person

I was able to help was myself.

In the MICHAEL MOORE documentary "SICKO", he paints a powerful picture of how the MEDICO-INSURANCE conspirators make life & death decisions about who gets treated & who doesn't, & how a country like CUBA provide better medical treatment for its citizen than the U.S. does.

The real solution to improving our health & reducing mortality & morbidity is health education with emphasis on prevention of disease rather than the current emphasis on symptom management. Just think of how many lives would be saved if people just gave up alcohol & tobacco, not only their own, but those around them. Or my favorite dental cliche: "ignore your teeth & they will go away". Imagine how much toxic mercury could be kept out of peoples mouths if they avoided junk foods & drinks & brushed & flossed.

I'm deliberately leaving out obesity, heart disease,& diabetes because the fast food industry would take too long to digest & regurgitate the results. We don't need alcohol, tobacco, & we can brush & floss (fluoridation is a farce that others have covered well).

The Senate whores that sold their souls to the devil are likely counting the days until their terms expire so they can become lobbyists.

One good thing about the OBAMA administration is that we no longer have to pretend that the U.S. is a DEMOCRACY when every day it becomes more apparent that we are being exploited & enslaved by a FASCIST OLIGARCHY.

Since "healthcare" is considered an economic time bomb because of the relentless cost escaltion for the procedures provided,

your article is timely & a good starting point for me to shed some light on the sickening of AMERICA & its recolonization by the FASCISTS.

First a few definitions are in order. Good health is not something that can be purchased or achieved with powders, pills, potions, surgical procedures to correct GOD'S mistakes,

toxic vaccines, mercury dental restorations, or other variations on the original snake oil salesman's offerings. Therefore I maintain that "healthcare" is an oxymoron.

Health is a condition which can be achieved by proper nutrition, exercise & choosing good /educated parents.

Many people know that vitamin C deficiency causes disease, but how many people believe that we are born with a tobacco or alcohol deficiency.

It's heart breaking to see people smoking while waiting in food lines when you consider how the smoker's family suffers in so many ways.

Tobacco & alcohol addiction along with obesity provide a solid foundation for MIPIC profits.

One of GOD'S "mistakes" that I was referring to & is being exploited by MIPIC is natural childbirth. C-SECTIONS are skyrocketing.

Recently some women were picketing with signs demanding the right to choose a vaginal delivery after a prior C-SECTION.

Babies are increasingly be formula fed. Midwives are becoming extinct. Women are being told that home deliveries are unsafe.

The Michael Moore documentary "SICKO" covered the insurance business quite thoroughly.

Secrecy is a cornerstone of FASCISM, so when the 2 OIL MEN IN THE WHITE HOUSE had a secret meeting in which big oil

dictated the energy policy which robbed MAIN STREET & enriched WALL STREET, few were surprised.

So when you say:
