Personally, I think that he is "just". I think that suffering injustice (at whatever level), leads to this condition.

I have a deep respect for Habeas, because I have been arrested and detained without charge of explanation. I've asked for my "phone call" and been denied.

One of the most "chilling" examples of this that I can recall, and I was SO aware of it as it transpired, was the Veep "debate" between Cheney and Edwards. There was the obviously insane madman, as cool and calculating as a respected professor, laying out his agenda in calming and soothing tones, masking the fact that tens of thousands have died because of decisions that HE made.

One bit of unfinished business, one that I hope some qualified person will investigate and expose the truth: During the most recent Israeli bombing of Lebanon, there was an outpost of U.N. Peacekeepers, that pleaded, for hours, for a break in the bombardment so they could get to safety.

Those pleas were ignored.

As a result, they were all murdered (my word, my opinion).

Can we not raise this issue to the level that someone, anyone, who is interested in the truth can investigate it and tell us what happened and who is responsible.

I have this notion that it was a deliberate neocon aggression against the U.N.
