I don't see it happening

The files sizes are too large and the disk space too small.

Plus, how long would it take to download such a large game?

If my Xbox dies would I be reimbursed for all the games I bought and downloaded or would I have to buy them all over again?

I think it'd be best to stick with the downloads as being add-on content as opposed to entire games.

I just don't see the advantage at this point.

Download speeds

The trouble with downloading large files is that for some people it will be fast and others slow.

I can already envision trying to download Halo 5 and seeing the download time remaining pop up as 22hrs 47min...calling Comcast and having them explain that they don't see any problems on their end, there must be a lot of network traffic, etc, etc. And then (God forbid) what if at the end of a 22hr download I get some kind of error msg saying something cryptic like "File corrupted!) calling Xbox support and hearing them suggest that maybe I should just re-download the file again and see if that fixes it.

I think speed is the only thing holding me back from this idea.

If I could download it pretty quick, I think I'd be all for game downloads.

Liberal Media On A Witch Hunt!

This is outrageous!

I defy any of you to name a single Republican (those chaste servants of Christ) that has ever been implicated in anything that was even remotely illegal or immoral or....

Oh wait.

Man, this isn't news at all. The only time a Republican isn't taking bribes is when their having gay sex with underage Congresional pages.

Jail is not the answer, however.

Clearly being a Republican is a serious mental illness that needs treatment in a professional mental health facility, not jail time.

Being a xenophobic, amoral, self-hating homosexual drug addict (also known as "a Republican") is a serious mental illness and putting them in jail won't give them access to the teams of psychologists that can help them.

Are They Using A Straw Man Arguement?

The whole premise seems like a straw man:

1) The elections weren't fixed because they were not ALL instantly and simultaneously coordinated by a single person.

2) Since there is no credible evidence that a single solitary Dr. Evil-style figure gave marching orders to a few thousand people than that means that the elections were fair and valid.

Bullshit.

As has already been repeatedly pointed out (and consistently ignored) the problem is that the voting process itself(before, during and after)is so lax, so totally without any oversight that hundreds of individuals can just change things without any real risk or effort. Something the doubters can't quite seem to grasp.

Uncounted ballots are "secured" in unlocked rooms and can easily be stolen by literally anyone and tossed in the garbage or shredded.

Voting machines are sometimes stored in people's houses overnight and can be tampered with by anyone. The doubters seem to (mistakenly) think voting machines are surrounded by armed gaurds in highly secure locations.

The fact that Dick Cheney personally didn't give verbal orders to all these people individually doesn't mean that individuals didn't just do it on their own.

It's almost as if the doubters believe that only highly trained Navy SEALS with millions of dollars in backing and logistical support from Pres. Bush could have possibly broken into ultra secure facilities to tamper with votes.

Uh, no. The vote tampering was pretty fucking easy. None of the ballots were locked up or were locked in easily accesible areas. Voting machines were NOT in ultra secure black vaults, but rather just sat in people's houses or garages where anyone could get to them.

I think the doubters are just ignorant of how the ACTUAL process works from start to finish and that's why they think vote tampering requires 50 billion dollars and State support in order to accomplish.

Why Do People Advertise Anyway? It Doesn't Work

Does Coke really need to advertise at this point?

The reason commercials suck is because 99 percent of the time its for products I'm never going to buy, already knew about for years, or couldn't afford even if I really wanted it.

I wish someone would actually sit companies down and explain to them that, no, there is almost no correlation between the amount of annoying ads you run and actual sales.

You can run your pain in the ass commercial 40 times in a single hour and -- guess what? NONE of those people will a) remember it or b) actually buy what your selling.

You just flushed millions of dollars down the toilet thinking that your commercial will translate into actual sales -- when the truth is it won't.

So why not SAVE money and just stop pissing people off (also known as running a Diet Coke commercial 500 times in 20 mins)
