The "human rights" vs. national security is a bullshit question that presumes you cannot have both.

Suddenly Iraqi's were falling all over themselves to turn in "terrorists" to get the cash.

And we took these random people (most of whom are totally innocent) and we're breaking their hands with hammers and screaming "Where's Osama?"

This crap destroys us as a people and it's a total waste of time!

Can we seriously argue that we lost Vietnam because the GI's that were tortured by the enemy got "critical intel" that made us lose?

Is she the Progressive that will stop Corporate America from waterboarding every last one of us if we're one day late on our subprime mortgage? Will she have the guts to stand up to Capital One? Will she stand up the insurance companies? Will she shut down the offshore tax havens?
