Also....

Giuliani was Mayor of New York at the time of 9/11. His screw ups, before and after made things worse for everybody- the placement of the command center hurt the fire and police departments, and his refusal to call for greater precautions for the rescue workers hurt them. Yet Giuliani campaigns on what a great job he did for New York and that is why he should be president.

Edwards was not in charge of New Orleans, and nothing he did made anything worse. He is only trying to help the people neglected by the government, as he has been doing for years. You can give a dollar and still be considered to travel down there with him to help the people.

Giuliani's fake contest, and his use of 9/11 to try and make himself look good, is self serving and dishonest. Edwards actual contest is likely to help some people in New Orleans, and his efforts seems to be genuine.

Vick

The water bottle thing. He learned nothing, evidently.

The stolen watch thing. He learned nothing.

The flipping off the hometown fans. He learned nothing.

The stiffing a U. S. Congressman. He learned nothing.

The Ron Mexico herpes thing. He learned nothing.

The dog fighting thing, which was going on before all the previous listed stuff. He learned nothing.

The smoking pot thing. He learned nothing, but got a nice case of the munchies. This also pretty much clarified the water bottle compartment he said was used to carry jewelry. Right!

Now he is being sues for not paying off a line of credit. He learned nothing.

I think we can say he is an idiot.

Oh, the good news about Vick!

He has found Jesus! Funny how that timing always seems to work.

Mikes Pace

Why would I download some "2pac" and why did you think I was responding to you?

Sad....

Getting in to college doesn't mean that racism ends.

Sadly, this is the one true statement in you letter, wingnut. But you still don't get it, do you? It is because of the racism that has persisted for for centuries, and still does to this day, that we have to continue to balance the playing field. Many AA families live in poverty because when the parents where young they were not allowed to get a good education, they were not allowed to go to college, they were not allowed to get good jobs and they were not allowed to advance. Now that they live in poverty, because of conditions our society placed upon them, their children are short changed. Children raised in poverty do not get the same opportunities and education that upper middle class or wealthy kids get. They are not only frowned upon and shortchanged for being black, but for having the nerve to be born to a poor family.

Now that Clarence Thomas has used affirmative action to get his, he wants to shut it down. What a swell guy. That he further paints himself as the victim is rather hilarious. Of course he is a hypocrite, but what Republican has turned out not to be?

No Invite?

So Limbaugh doesn't have the balls to invite the soldier onto his program to say that to his face? Who could have guessed that!

Larry Craig!

Whenever anybody brings up anything that makes the Dems look bad, just say "Larry Craig." The GOP still says "Clinton got a blow job" all the time so why not us! And remember, as the aggressor, Craig was probably trying to give one!

"The MoveOn ad was...."

"Larry Craig was trying to give a blow job!"

See how it works.

Easy Solution!

If you want to stop illegal immigration, simply heavily fine and/or imprison owners or officers of companies that hire illegal aliens as employees or contractors. Without work, illegal aliens quit coming. As another benefit, with a shortage of labor, wages for citizens go way up! However, the GOP would never, ever do that to corporations and businesses. They want the cheap labor. They will screw around with BS laws and building fences that will never stop illegals, but real solutions they will never implement. Of course the rubes voting GOP will never figure that out.

Great Article!

Thanks for the rational opinion on that Ellen situation. If a dog had a new home where he was loved and being taken care of, why would you take it out to prove a point? Those people are idiots! Ellen felt bad because those kids had fallen in love with the dog and then it was snatched away by some power tripping morons. I am sure any other dog that ends up in that home will be very happy.

Original article: Nuclear war on YouTube

So?

Besides, are any of them nuclear engineers or even halfway qualified to talk about how a nuclear reactor works?

Why would they have to be engineers to see the damage done by nuclear energy? Three Mile Island? Chernobyl? Hanford Nuclear Reservation? Should we just trust industry engineers to police everything? Can you say Love Canal? Superfund sites? I hate to be the one to tell you, but it is not the engineers making decisions for the industry. It is pinheads with MBAs, actuaries and accountants making all the decisions. Their primary purpose is not safe energy. Their primary purpose is profit. History has shown that industry will allow massive damage to the environment, which sickens, hurts and even kills people while they are chasing that profit.

That all of the people protesting nuclear power are not engineers has nothing to do with the debate.

Button

So where is the Democrats' button?

It is located on their backbone, which explains why nobody can find it to push!
