It makes a joke out of the voting process and sounds pretty unconstitutional. And who is Rush telling the brainwashed to vote for...Hillary the divisive...because he knows Obama can't be beat. How do you think she won the Texas primary? If they do switch, they shouldn't be allowed to vote Republican the next time around.
