Today, starting at 2 p.m. Eastern (now), Bill Delahunt's subcommittee of the House Foreign Affairs Committee is actually taking testimony about the proposed long-term security agreement between Iraq and the U.S. from two elected Iraqi members of the Iraqi Council of Representatives (their parliament).
