McCain's 2008 15 minutes of attention
[Read the article: John McCain's endless war]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]McCain is an American hero who is a political phony and a fake. One of the "Keating Five", he offers chameleon-like overtures to the far-right conservative element when necessary. Those maniacs hate him anyway for his moderate social views but he cozies up to them to get votes. What shit.
His endless war in Iraq strategy is a loser -- the American peopple are sick of this war -- and it will keep him from winning it all November (should he get the nomination in the first place which I don't think is even gonna happen!).
Don't forget, everybody: John McCain is a man who lost a presidential primary to George W. Bush in 2000. I mean, come on.

Is Hillary CNN's candidate?
[Read the article: Blitzer: "There are no rules"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Seems to me the camera angles are favoring Clinton. Obama is coming off as her assistant. She talks and the camera obliges with an upward angle. He talks and the camera is level.
Also, he's also being much too attentive and agreeable to her statements.
She's winning so far.

ENOUGH TALK ABOUT WAR WITH IRAN
[Read the article: Quote of the day]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Does this asshole or the rest of the neoconservative shitheads have any credibility whatsoever? Why is anybody listening to or repeating what these warmongers say?
-
Can we change the subject?
[Read the article: The Shuster fallout]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]WHY ARE WE TALKING ABOUT THIS BULLSHIT WHEN NOBODY HAS FIGURED OR EXPLAINED YET WHAT THE GODDAMN BOX WAS INSIDE OF BUSH'S BACK DURING THE DEBATES WITH JOHN KERRY?
WHY CAN'T WE TALK ABOUT THE DEATH AND DEVASTATION THAT BUSH, THE WAR CRIMINAL, HAS WREAKED ON IRAQ?
WHY CAN'T WE TALK ABOUT HOW BUSH AND CHENEY LET NEW ORLEANS DIE ON THE VINE?
WHAY CAN'T WE...or forget it...roll a J and fire it up!
-
Out with all of them!
[Read the article: Amnesty Day for Bush and lawbreaking telecoms]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Every single American should vote anti-incumbent this year -- whether Republican or Democrat -- and turn the whole bunch of scum-sucking worms out.
Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi have been a disaster. Congress needs some mean and nasty liberals to take over. Not this pathetic bunch of Bush-enablers.
-
Let's talk about important things...
[Read the article: David Shuster, scapegoat?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Once again; why are we talking about David Shuster when GWB had a box on his back inside his jacket during one of his debates with John Kerry?
And why are we talking about this crapola when the dickhead-president played Nero and did whatever-the-fuck-he-did while New Orleans died?
Finally, why are we wasting time on this bullshit when Bush, the war criminal, murdered thousands of innocent people in Iraq and created what is sure to become a perpetual humanitarian disaster?
-
@ Whatever
[Read the article: Barack Obama wins Virginia; Republican side too close to call]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]It's called "a roll". Momentum is gonna do it for this guy. He's like a snowball rolling down a snowy mountain, and I'm happy just to jump in and roll with it!

This Is Why our News Media Needs to Be Spread Across Many Independent Sources
[Read the article: David Shuster, scapegoat?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Why are we talking about David Shuster when NOBODY HAS EVER EXPLAINED why G.W. Bush had a box on his back inside his jacket during one of his debates with John Kerry?
Or why the Supreme Court installed him as POTUS?
How about Republican-sponsored Diebold voting machines? Is David Shuster more important?
Are we as a nation going to let GWB fade happily into obscurity without ever having to answer for his big time fuck-ups?
Would we all rather talk about the news media instead of demanding that our government leaders answer tough questions?
-
Is There a Story Here?
[Read the article: Clinton uses McCain advisor's words for attack on Obama ]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]OK, so the Clinton camp co-opted a McCain advisor for political gain. So what? This is political hardball, baby!
Having said that...didn't husband Bill use the Republican piece of garbage, Dick Morris, as a consultant? And didn't husband Bill use Robert Bennett, brother of Right Wing Hypocrite Supreme, William J. Bennett as one of his defense lawyers during the impeachment fiasco?
Bill and Hill are both Republicans in Democrats' clothing. Fuck 'em both.

@ Anonymous
[Read the article: Romney endorses McCain, McCain claims victory]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Obama is guilty of "self-serving opportunism"? LOL...Get a clue: What is a politician if not a self-serving opportunist?
-
I just gotta laugh...
[Read the article: Former President Bush to endorse McCain]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]What do Republicans think the American electorate is going to want in November? More failed Bush policies via McCain? I don't know how these bozos think they can win.
-
What should the superdelegates do?
[Read the article: A supersize controversy]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Why, they should thwart the will of the people and vote for Clinton, of course. We're just a bunch of dumbasses that don't know shit from shine-ola, so we need somebody smarter to vote for us in case we make the wrong choice.
All that aside, let's just wait and see what happens in Texas, Ohio and PA before we get crazy.
-
Take heart and be mellow!
[Read the article: A supersize controversy]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]#1. Yes, both Clinton and Obama are flawed candidates, and
#2. Neither one can lose to McCain in a two-person race come November.
To quote Mick Jagger in "Gimme Shelter": Why ah we foiting?

Sometimes Chris Matthews Is No Different From Sean Hannity
[Read the article: Yes, Watson can list Obama's accomplishments -- now]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Here's what Watson should have told Matthews: FUCK OFF, SHITHEAD!
-
We hear ya. Great! Now, let's talk about...
[Read the article: Anonymous no more]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]...how it is that Dick Cheney can delete emails with impunity and get away with it?
Can we talk about the mysterious box on Bush's back during his debate with John Kerry?
Are we going to let these scounderels (sp?) slide away under the camouflage (sp? too lazy to check) of the 2008 presidential campaign without ever having to account for their actions?
I really hope not.
-
Never Again!
[Read the article: The audacity of narcissism]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I voted for Ralph Nader in 2000 knowing full well that Al Gore was going to win New York, but hoping he would get the 5% of the popular vote necessary to qualify for federal funds in the 2004 election.
Well, he didn't get the 5%. It's over. He should just go away.
If was truly interested in the future success of the Green Party - and not his own ego - then he should have just gotten behind a more electable candidate and worked toward nominating him or her for the ticket.
