The Constitution and the Federalist Papers

Mr. Huckabee would do well to educate himself by reading the above documents. Our Founding Fathers, although most being Christians, intentionally established a Secular nation, which is in fact a Pluralistic Nation. He knows full well that the amendments he mentioned would not stand a snowballs chance in hell in getting through the Congress, and would be declared "Unconstitutional" by every member of the US Supreme Court. He is solely attempting to gain votes, primarily from the Evangelican voters who have been taken in by outright lies. Frank Libbon

Sarah (Annie Oakley) Palin

John McCain & the Republican Party should be ashamed of themselves for fostering this no-nothing on the American People. Never in my 80 years have I encountered such egotistical, arrogant Gaul & she proclaims she is ready & qualified to be Vice President of the U.S. She does not know that none of the NATO nations, who really oppose the admittance of Georgia into NATO, would not go to war with Russia over Georgia. She does NOT know that the Russian Bear still has Claws in the form of over 14 thousand nuclear warheads, over 5000 of which are strategic warheads mounted in intercontinental ballistic missiles, no doubt still targetted against the U.S. As for drilling oil in Alaska, the US Geological Service & the Dept of Energy have already reported that it will take 10 years before that oil would trickle down to the lower 48 states, would provide less than 2% of our annual needs, and would NOT reduce the cost of gasoline or heating oil. McCain stop insulting the American public.

All God's Children

I strongly recommend that all read the Bible over and very carefully, paying attention to ONLY the words (usually printed in red) of The Lord Jesus. NO where, I repeat No where in the Gospels does Jesus say that women must be subservant to men. Those who preach such nonsense are wrong. They are in fact sick and are spreading lies & filth. Remember also that the Bible was written by men - human beings, and human beings err. Quite frankly I am sick & tired of these Bible cracker barrel Hucksters who are nothing but sellers of snake oil. Barry Goldwater, a conservative Republican & a decent man once said: "All good Christians should kick Jerry Falwell in the ass." It is time to start kicking the asses of these Prophets of Doom.
